Texas Roadhouse reviews
32Food was great. Restaurant was clean. Wait to get in was short. Our server was slow and not very attentive. Told her to give us a minute to look over the menu and she didn't come back for 15 minutes. She only came back to check on us once and my son had to flag her down for a box.
First of all, we Order our food & our Waiter told us that they run out of Shrimp, so we switch that to ribs. He came back again saying that they also run out of ribs as well. So we Order just Steak by it self. After the food got to our Table he disappeared for a while & we asked to another Waiter for A1 Sauce & she told us THAT WE NEED TO ASK THAT to our own Waiter.
° On the other han the STEAK was pretty good!
Worse experience ever! Ordered food for pick up at 447p and kept checking status and was being told order not ready. After waiting in the pick up area for over 45 mins just to be told they didn't have my order that after having confirmation that order placed and my bank acct.being charged! To top it off, they did not know how to refund the transaction!
Prime rib was a little over cooked, but our bartender Megan made it right her and her co bartender were awesome! Thanks ladies
We visited for the first time in a while. Felt overall okay with their Covid-19 policies. Service and food still disappointed us. Waitress told us at time of greeting us she bring rolls when they were ready. Never did. We had to ask repeatedly once our dinner came. My son ordered a ribeye which was the thinnest one I have ever seen you serve. I ordered a filet, and they were places I cutting through fat within the meat. I've never had a good filet have fat in the meat. My husband's sirloin was okay, but I think we left realizing the quality of steaks you get at this location need improvement. Food tasted good, but quality should be better for the price.
Horrible place to eat, we waited for about 45 minutes just to get a table, after that we placed the order and they took a solid 1: 15 minutes to get our food, I asked the server a couple of time and she is like oh, is almost ready, what bothered me was that other tables that got there after us they were eating already and we didn’t very lame service
With excellent healthy fare and friendly efficient staff -in a feel-good ambiance- odds are in favor of a memorable dining experience.
Not the best Roadhouse in the country but service has always been good and it's never overly crowded.
The food is great the employees are very nice i always recommend them to all my friends if you like great food and extremely nice people try Texas roadhouse you won't be disappointed you'll be glad you did
We called ahead- making the 30 minute wait into 5 when we arrived! The hosts are friendly and our server was on top of it- refills before we ran out, lots of rolls (and some to go), quick service, yummy food. Perfect date night!
Always order the same thing, salmon. Tonight it was under cooked, they replaced it and took half off the bill, which I didnt ask. It is always delicious, great environment
Was disappointed with the food and service. The chairs was wet and floor were sticky. My country fried steak was hard and full of cartillage, very salty gravy, salty corn, salty rice and very salty sgrimp. I lost my appetite. Server did not even check us if we need any refill. Not coming back for a while.
Fried pickles thats all I can say. Steaks broiled to perfection staff friendly. I wish they had Shiner Bock.
Our go to when we want a good steak, great service and an awesome tradition of riding the horse saddle on your birthday and the servers shouting it out to the restaurant!
For the past 2 years everytime I go with family, an order is always messed up. A lot of miscommunication between server and cook.
Food was great young servers were rude. More concerned about getting you out and refilling your seat.
Place was busy so we sat at the bar to have dinner with my date. The bartenders were awesome. Will return again.
We went to Texas Roadhouse on Saturday night and had a great experience. We got in a relatively short time by doing online check in. Our server was Crystal and she was awesome very friendly outgoing the way the way a servicer should be. Even though she was busy she took time to talk to us and give us suggestions. We were disappointed that they took the spicy shrimp off the menu though.
Going to Texas Roadhouse never gets old I love this place there's so many different combinations of foods you can get and the unknown secret is you can order off the menu
A solid steakhouse in the south side of Tucson. While it's just a chain restaurant you can expect a good steak, good service, and low prices too. I had the Dallas Fillet which was cooked perfectly medium rare. It had very good flavor and a nice char from the grill. My server Luke was very attentive and helpful even though it was pretty busy. Overall a great restaurant.
