I was super nervous to try it because I had not had a haircut in Arizona before and I am really picky so I gave it a shot and schedule with Melisha and was the best decision ever! Totally love the cut and style. Definitely coming back!

Christina is the woman for hair color. I promise you she will not disappoint. She is not only AMAZING with the color she is also super lovely and easy to talk to. I always have the hardest time finding places I feel comfortable and she is so great about making sure you are feeling safe and have everything you need. Thank you Christina for this gorgeous hair

We had a wedding party on the 14th of October. We had 11 women getting services and they only provided 3 stylists to do hair and makeup. While the brides hair/makeup and the mother of the bride's hair/makeup was good not all of the other girls got their hair and makeup done prior to the wedding photos. Some of the girls didn't get their services completed however they were charged for the full services (160.00). I reached out to the manager and she agreed 3 stylists were not enough for the size of the party but the owner has agreed to only refund the mandatory tip of 20% - charging all girls for services even thought they didn't get the full services they paid for and was contracted for. I have complained to the BBB and have asked the owner to call me but they have refused to call me or respond professionally to my concerns. If you are looking for hair and makeup services I would recommend you stay away from this salon! They do NOT back their services. And worse did NOT complete the services we contracted and paid for and refuse to respond to our concerns. I would expect that they provide a 100% refund for the 5 girls that did not get services and a discount to the other girls as their make up and/or hair had to be redone when we got to the wedding venue. Don't use this place for your WEDDING.

Excellent service at Thairapy! Sommer helped me transition from years of black box dye and my hair has never felt healthier. Great pricing and they can always get me in on the day that I need. Highly recommend her services!

Came in from NYC and my Mom scheduled a men’s haircut for me at this place. Nice salon and Jason gave me an excellent cut while effectively addressing my concerns re: my NYC stylist who totally messed up my hair. Jason was great and his attention to detail was incredible. This of course takes some time and I was not expecting to spend as long as I did in the chair, but walked away with a great end result. Very collaborative and an excellent stylist.

This was my first visit to Thairapy Salon and I'm blown away by the customer service from start to finish. I had the great luck to have Jason as my stylist, He gave me a great consultation, listened to my needs, made some suggestions and I'm in love with the cut. I liked it when I left, but now I absolutely love it! I will be returning soon for a partial color. Thanks Jason!

Paid over $200 not to mention a generous tip, just to get something completely different than what I asked for. This isn’t my first rodeo. I brought it to the attention of the “stylist” only to have it blamed on me. I would go back them to fix it but I would rather pay for a color correction from someone that knows what they are doing. Its a shame 1 stylist ruins it for all the others there because I will never go back nor recommend this salon.

I hadn't done my hair in months after another salon burnt my hair. Michelle took good care of me start to finish. She did a beautiful color & cut and brought my hair back to life. I only wish I found this salon sooner!

I had an appointment with Christina and she did a great job on my hair. She was easy to communicate with and she asked questions about what I was going for (I had a picture), and she personalized it according to my natural color and how it would hold, etc. She was very personable, friendly, and professional. I would definitely give Christina 5 stars!

I love my stylist Michelle, but all of these ladies seem great. The place is welcoming and not booked unreasonably far out.

I had an amazing experience at Thairapy Salon. I was visiting family from out of town and needed a root touch-up. I was able to book an appointment with Cori and she did a fantastic job. My hair looks beautiful. Cori was careful about matching the color and asked a lot of questions. She also checked in on me several times during the color process which was really nice. The blow out was perfect at well. The salon is bright and clean and I watched several folks walk out with amazing color and cuts. The price was more than reasonable for the quality of service.

I've gone 3 times to 3 different stylists and have loved everyone of them. The first 2 were just a cut and glaze. This time I had a peekaboo with bright purple, and Taylor nailed it. Would definitely recommend this salon, they have great stylists.

They are all so talented! Well worth the money in my opinion. I see Maddie to get my hair done, Melisha just did my eyebrow wax and Alaina will be doing my micro blading. So far, all of them have been so kind and friendly, but their skills and knowledge about hair and skin has been what’s most impressive. So happy to have found a great salon!

Clean and trendy place. I go and see Christina. Not only does she do great work but she is so fun and kind. It’s always busy.

This was my first visit here and I had a good experience! Christina was the one who cut my hair and she gave me exactly what I wanted. She also gave me some styling tips for me to use at home since I can never seem to get those salon perfect curls myself. This definitely won’t be my last visit here.

Edit 12/27/22:
I actually did not end up liking my hair at all. After I showered and my hair went back to straight, I saw how many layers she put in my hair and I hated it. My hair was longer on one side so I actually had to cut it myself. I remember when she started cutting it, she didn’t even ask where I part my hair and when I told her I had a side part she looked at me weird and told me people don’t part their hair the same way every time. Uhhh what? Christina was very nice and I appreciate the curling tips but this was definitely not worth the money. I only came here because my hairstylist was out of the country but I’m going to go back even if he is a little further away. He gives me exactly what I want for less than half the price.

came back just to see my review was deleted.if this one gets deleted i will continue to come back everytime and post another one. DO NOT GET YOUR HAIR CUT HERE IF YOU HAVE CURLY HAIR. THEY LIE ABOUT BEING ABLE TO AND WILL COMPLETELY RUIN IT.the stylist i had literally was so uneducated on curly hair when i asked how i should style my hair after the haircut she told me to LOOK ON TIKTOK! What an absolute joke. "stylists" here simply have the ability to use hair dye and hot tools on clients with straight hair.this place is called thairapy salon.after being here im gonna need a therapy session.
