God please time is very long 7, plus hrs whating no it is not worth the money it is $35, for the exam plus $10, to send it to DOT. Plus $5, for laminated card please. After making Therethe mistake of coming to this doctor, I discovered there is many others that provide same, service for cheaper or same price and alooooooot shorter time then this jack. I will never see this jack for sure I will not recommend this offices he have 2.

This place is very unprofessional i asked to get an email just stating that i was there and they siad no we dont do that and we are too buisy but yet all the women just sit there and do nothing, so now i could get in trouble by my boss because of this what a joke, i will be calling someone higher that will do something about that and yet they get paid a high wage more likely, paul is a great doctor and most of the office ladies are really nice and helpful besides the one that answered

3-4 hour wait times. Sometimes longer. $35 for an AZ DOT CDL physical. They are very nice. Best to sign in and leave. Come back in 3 hours. They open at 9. The line starts around 8. The doctor gets there around 10. He sees the first patient around 10: 30. He takes about 10-15 minutes with each person. The last walk in is at 5 and they close at 6. Parking is a hassle. Don't park in the laundry or bank place, they will tow you. Very limited parking in back. Park over in the shopping center just east on Indian School.

Everyone like to have a better service thats why people wait for hours in the line. Other palaces no lines now i know why

Wait time was reasonable. The friendliness of staff and the Dr.was second to none. Wish I could rate them all higher than 5 stars. See you guys in 2 yrs when Im due for recertification. Kindest Regards!

Great place to get dot exam done like most people say long wait time but well worth it because Paul is a great doctor, person been going to him for 8 years now. Thanks a lot Paul for your services.

This guy is a great human being he understands the working class he is affordable and effective I wish he had better parking but then we can have everything can we!

I've been here 3 times for my DOT physicals. Sometimes the wait is a drag but overall it's great.

Great place for cdl drivers to get dot physical. Extremely reasonable rate. Also awesome for accident medical.

Dr. Paule is great. Getting his services for many years including DOT Physical exam. No problems at all. If you are walking in, have no appointment, you got to wait and have to be patient. Nice staff, they'll take care of you.

Came here to get an updated DOT medical certificate.

Everyone was super friendly, fast and efficient.
