The customer service here is the best. Anytime I need something they take care of it. Especially Amanda she always has the answer and takes care to fix the problem Imin a timely manor

It's a lot of trouble for what you pay. As others have said, the hallways are often dirty or smell weird. Mail is delivered improperly or never arrives even when marked as delivered by the carrier. The final straw for me was management asking us to renew the lease we signed at $2400 even though our exact unit was going for $2200 online, then at 4: 30pm telling us we had until the end of the day to renew the lease if we wanted the online price. Management also regularly fails to respond to emails about problems we're experiencing or questions we have. Didn't give one star because the units themselves and the location are both nice.

I felt such a tension walking there and seeing the Jones by the pool starring like they had too much Miller Light. Also, one thing I tnocie and pay attention is that the leasing agents match the community. Pay attention.you don't have to be a marketing PhD or a Human Behavior Specialist.very interesting how they don't hire an African American or a Chinese etc.they should know better and try to get people who could have a psychological impact in a welcome feeling. Nonetheless the leasing agent we saw was very decent and professional. I am just saying.why don't we have diversity? Yeap.not enough people with that background apply for those jobs, I bet!

The property is beautiful and the rooms are spacious, but this comes with a lot of issues. The elevators are always breaking, the hot tub is not working about 75% of the time, and the mail system they use is always losing packages. I have lived here two years and have had issues with deliveries 5-6 different times. The luxury tax you pay on this place definitely is not worth it. When they asked us to resign on our current apartment they asked for a 20% increase in rent which is WAY TOO MUCH for this property. The management tries there best and are very responsive, but it really seems like much of this is out of their hands since ownership has switched over.

This property is beautiful and well maintained. My apartment is spacious and very comfortable. The amenities are great and very accessible. The office staff, Deisy, Nick, Kirsten, and Amanda are very helpful and they promptly assist with any request. Theo in Maintenance has been helpful and quick to complete any request for assistance. There are beautiful walking paths adjacent to complex that are easy to access.

The new management team is so unprofessional. Never replied to emails, whenever asking for help they are not really helpful. Plus, they are not so welcoming compared to the old management team. Still gave two stars because I like how the apartment looks, and I enjoy the amenities. However, I really hope they can make some improvements.

️CAUTION ️The Aubrey management doesn’t care about their tenants.

They have refused to reimburse my roommates and I of over $ 3,000 spent & losses on an air bnb and cleaning services after they didn’t detect a water leak from the AC for months, not to mention time lost and hassle experienced. The manager & corporate aren’t even trying to act like they care.

There have been multiple accounts of mold growing in different apartments & the complex has had flooding & large pipes burst giving possibility that the mold could be circulating through the entire HVAC system. The new manager consistently responds to concerns with fake sympathy and generic customer service responses rather than actually showing empathy and trying help the tenants in need.

We had mold in our apartment for months due to their lack of maintenance on the AC, they removed our AC unit unannounced in August in Arizona while we were gone, misjudged the repair timeline & left us without a functioning bathroom for over 2 weeks after moving back in from the air bnb. After our renters insurance claiming that they are at fault for lack of maitenence they have refused to reimburse us a penny and have had terrible communication.

The building is great, you just better hope you don’t have any damage after you sign that lease because if you do, you’re on your own. They don’t care at all.

Owning a Ferrari in addition to ownership must have a competent driver to drive the car otherwise the Ferrary will be parked and may rust.
Living in a "wonderful", unique", Beautiful", rare "extraordinary and youthful" place will not be enough if it is not managed by a competent team.
The reason for my review is precisely to talk about the team that directed this colossus that has the name of the initials of each quality that I mentioned and that needs no comment, and if you haven't heard about "AUBREY", then you don't know refinement, in high lifestyle together in a heritage.
Going straight to the point, and who is concerned, in relation to the performance of these "masters of the organization" I just have to thank you for all the affection, performance, dedication and attitude in these first two of many years that will come from my stay here, so my family and I would like to make "Public" what you Aubrey leaders, DEISY, AMANDA.and NICK, are doing for your institution in the first place and directly affecting us, the residents of this Paradise.
The task is not the easiest, as it requires coordination, abdication and love for what you do and although I have not seen many reports of this, I have already heard verbally from the neighbors who live here, how much you make a difference to the environment.
I don't want to go on too long, you are most welcome and please stay forever.
Anything I add will not be enough to express the recognition and gratitude that I and the residents of Aubrey have for this "DREAM TEAM" of the organization that on a daily basis make us feel good and thus difficult to have a vacancy.housing to be occupied in this oasis.

This apartment used to be great and still looks very nice, but the new management is pretty terrible. I hope they turn it around but it doesn't appear that they will, and worse they simply don't seem to care. I won't be renewing my lease, I see it getting worse before it gets better. The rooms and the complex are very nice but the new management might end up ruining this place

Since the property management company changed, it has become very bad here. First of all, since last week, the locker for storing express delivery has been unable to work. I went to the office to ask. A female staff member there was so rude that she told me that it would not work and that it would be repaired on Tuesday. There was no apology at all. Now I wait until Tuesday, and the locker still hasn't been repaired. I can't pick up my parcel when it arrives. Why are your managers so neglectful? Second, the rent has also increased significantly. If the community is optimized and the attitude of the staff is improved, I can also accept it. But everything is getting worse, so why raise your rent. Anyway, I just want to move out now. And I want to say to that female employee, if you don't like your work, you should resign!

What could be better than working from home every day, and not having to face a Starbucks line and at the same time being able to enjoy an LA Fitness
, as well as game rooms, private spaces for barbecues, swimming pools with waterfalls and several different environments next to the airport and in a super quiet place, which looks like a private club?
Well, that's how I see "Aubrey" and feel like I'm in Paradise and all this without mentioning the administration that provides security 24 hours, day and night, impeccable cleanliness in all environments and equal courtesy making people who have the privilege of living here, never want to leave.
Aubrey is an oasis in the middle of Arizona, and I'm so grateful.

Gina, Becky and Danielle are awesome. Very personable very professional and nice. Do not deal with Rachel, she is unprofessional, the least professional individual that I have dealt with in years. Condescending as can be, truly a blight on what otherwise would be a super solid team of resident advisors. The fact that she is the supervisor (which have been swapped around multiple times at this property) could mean a few things: 1- Greystar does not know how to promote, 2- the burnout for that role is very high, 3- perniciousness is rewarded within Greystar. Inevitably you will feel like you are dealing with a child if you must interact with her, which is unfortunate because the property itself is very nice.

The most beautiful apartment complex in Tempe and the staff is super nice! Only complaint is the appliances.our dryer broke right when we moved in and our dishwasher always has water in the bottom. But the property is super clean and aesthetically beautiful and smells good too! Dog friendly and I pretty much work every day from the pool!

Prices have gone up a ridiculous amount in one year. The price does not justify the service and quality they provide.

Safety is the last priority here. No staff wear masks. Not the gym cleaners. Not people in the gym who dont even clean up after themselves. Not the janitorial hall cleaners. None of them wear masks. NO residents wear masks walking around or when they have guests either, its disgusting. They won't enforce because management doesn't care themselves.
Safety of the area is very bad. You are much safer living on mill. NOT this area. It's in the middle of no where only across from a very poorly kept building where the price range is about $800 less. A lot of crime occurs. Loud gunshots every night. There have been so many instances of police having to be called from the middle of the night through the mornings in broad daylight. It is very unsafe to live here and the management will NEVER tell the whole building when these dangerous instances occur.
DONT move in here! Its the farthest thing from worth it and it is genuinely unsafe from mask and cleaning practices to the horribly safety of the area and NO SECURITY AT THIS BUILDING. Management is another huge issue.they will LIE to get you to sign a lease. Do not trust anything about this place.

Broadstone Grand is an exceptionally clean apartment complex with luxurious amenities. I just signed a one year lease with them and I absolutely love my penthouse loft. Very big & spacious! The staff that works here are super nice & very helpful. Gina & Leah helped me out a lot with getting everything done & situated. They’re the best!

I moved into Broadstone Grand on 7/1 and just love it! What a lovely and clean complex. The pictures of the unit I rented where spot on and the workout and pool area are top notch! Everything smells so clean too! Thank you Becky and Gina for all your help on the phone, emails and on moving day! What a great fit for me and my pup living here. Can’t say enough good things about my experience so far! I made the right choice indeed:)
