The Barbery gets a 5 star review from me. I’m a creature of habit and after 3 years of trying to find a home for my haircut, I read a review about KC. Finally found that home for my monthly cut. It’s fast, extremely well priced, worth a 20+% tip and my hair is just the way I like it…

KC did an amazing job cutting my hair and I loved the look of my new piece at the front! She was fast and efficient! I normally am a last minute kind of girl so it’s also nice that they take same day appointments! Thank you! I found my regular go to hair salon!

You'll get a great cut by friendly barbers every time. Great atmosphere and reasonable pricing.

I’ve been going here for a few years now and it’s been great every time! Way better than a corporate chain where I used to go for years before I discovered this. Everyone should go here and it feels good to support a family owned business.

I had been looking for a new barber shop and definitely found my new place. Had Maria do my hair and it is honestly one of the best haircuts I’ve ever gotten. If you are looking to get your hair done this is the place to go and Maria is the person to see!

Had a number of issues with Maria today

1) showed her a photo, and she got pretty close on the first cut, but I wanted my sideburns shorter. She ended up cutting my whole head shorter before I could say anything, and now my hair looks nothing like the photo. I suspect there are communication challenges because she must’ve thought “sideburns” meant the entire side of my head … but I don’t know why she also cut the front too then.

2) she was very aggressive with dusting and wiping my face. Poked me in the eye once and washed all the sunscreen off my face when I was getting shampoo. Don’t understand how it’s acceptable to wash someone’s face without asking. Imagine if you washed off all the makeup off a woman who was just expecting a hair wash.

3) Biggest problem I had was being charged $8 extra for long hair. My hair was initially just barely touching my ears, not even covering them. I was never told before we started that my cut would be charged extra, and I have never been considered long hair at any other salon at this length. This plus the fact that the default tip percentages on their iPad start from 25% and upwards just left the worst taste in my mouth. I wanted to be respectful in person and didn’t say anything, but this has really bothered me since realizing that I paid over $45 for a 4/10 haircut and shampoo at a surprise rate. They need to either warn customers they want to charge for long hair or have posted standards for long hair. I feel like I got scammed as a first time customer.

Love this place. Only shoo where Ive always liked my hair cut. Price is great and staff is friendly.

Had my hair cut by Maria twice, once with an appointment and once as a walk-in. Great job both times, the hairstyle was approved by my very discerning spouse, and Maria was attentive to detail. Despite walking in at a fairly busy time, the wait was short. Nice neighborhood barber shop atmosphere and close to everything.

Recommended by a friend. Was not disappointed. Came in from another place with a poor quality haircut. She fixed it like it never happened. Thank you again

I've been getting my hair cut by Arthur for years. This dude is the real deal, and so is the Barbery. Legitimately the best haircuts I've ever had in my life. You can tell by the quality of the product as to how much effort and care Arthur puts into his craft. This is no joke, this dude is a freaking artist with hair. On top of that, he's just a good guy all around. Thanks Art for the best damn haircuts, and for all the fantasy football tips.

UPDATE: KC WANTS YOU TO KNOW THAT SHE CUT ARTHUR'S HAIR AND NOW THAT MAN LOOKS TEN YEARS YOUNGER. YOU'LL NEVER HAVE A BAD HAIRCUT HERE!
