This is a great place to buy nice things really reasonable. The customer service is also amazing. My only issue is, I did buy a chair that smelled and it was, somewhat, hard to get some cooperation to return it, for at least, half the purchase price. When they finally did solve the issue, my review was gone and I don't remember deleting it! But I'm old. Ever since then, I feel as though my experiences aren't like they were. I'm still waiting for delivery on furniture and it feels like I'm last on the totem pole. These guys are really obliging, but, then again, I've spent over $1,000 dollars, that should account for something! But I drive from Williams exclusively to buy from them. Good place and really nice items.

Lots of items. Changes week to week. Employees always going out of their way to help or answer questions. Something for everybody.

These Barn bros really know how to take care of their customers!

We went in today, first time, and felt so well cared for during our visit. They had donuts & coffee…and were available for every little question.

We just bought our home & needed everything …. 4 beds, etc. It was an overwhelming task to consider and when we left we had gotten our 4 beds and a few beautiful lamps & a treadmill & coffee table & table & chairs…. All at a tremendously amazing price! And we are paying the extra to have them deliver…wow! We are so impressed with this team snd our experience. Thank you so much Barns Bros, we will be back for the other items once we figure out what else we need!

I actually recommended this place to do a huge house liquidation to clients of mine. My clients mother owned the home and had just passed away. I was to list the house for my clients once it had been cleared out. This place literally took money out of my pockets! They went to the house gave my client a price for everything and after that told them they would also buy the house! They purchased this house way under market value so not only did they take food off of my table but my clients got far less in their pockets as well. I called my clients to see how things went and learned what Barn Brothers had done. My clients confirmed that they did tell them they were listing the house with me! VERY BAD BUSINESS ETHIC! I saw that they are now supposedly under new ownership. I have another estate to list and sell right now with the same situation, however I am extremely hesitant to have these people use Barn Brothers for fear I will get ripped off again. With so few houses on the market and few listing opportunities I can't afford to have this happen.

I recently submitted a review saying that Barn Bros had not gotten back to me. I was surprised and pleased to see the owner respond to this review and explain to me that they had been in the process of changing owners. I reached out to him again and made an appt.with them. I was very pleased at the service I received at that point. Going through a death in the family and then having to deal with what to do with all the furniture and misc.that is left behind can be very overwhelming. Barn Bros made all that much easier. I would highly recommend them!

We have purchased furnishings at Barn Bros on numerous occasions, but we have never sold furniture to them before today. I must say the experience was above and beyond what I had hoped it would be, from excellent and friendly communication, punctuality, fair purchase prices and extreme care in removing furniture from my home so as not to damage our wood floors. I highly recommend David and his crew from Barn Bros if you are buying or selling furniture, home décor, housewares etc. You've made a lifelong customer of me David!

This place is great. They are always very professional with me and any other person I have seen them do business with while I am there. The prices are great and they always have a huge selection to choose from. I would highly recommend you check them out.

There are a lot of options which is nice. They have cut hours to only be Friday and Saturday so I figured they were being safe concerning covid. Went in and none of the employees were wearing masks and they were definitely not enforcing customers wearing masks, all despite the city wide mask mandate. So, I barely looked at what they had to get out of there as fast as possible, and I would not have felt safe bringing anything into my home anyways, doubt they’re sanitizing anything coming into the shop, and even if they did it would then be breathed all over from the workers. I will not be returning until at least the pandemic is over, if then.

These guys are always a pleasure to work with. The best estate sale company and secondhand store in Flagstaff.
