We had a great experience with The Blind Brothers from start to finish. Pat was very knowledgeable and helpful in selecting the perfect blinds. Angelo was the best installer. He was clean, tidy, and knew what he was doing.

No Mask, No Business! We had a bad experience with Blind Brothers. They came to our home to measure and would not wear a mask and did not keep 6ft social distance. I had to ask them to leave. When I called to complain they did not care. They need to honor and respect their customers! We are doing business elsewhere.

I am very pleased with the shades that I purchased for our porch. Pat was very informative when she came to our home and helped me decide on what to purchase. Angelo installed them perfectly. It’s nice to see there are still companies out there that still care about their customers.

Loved this business and their product and service from the moment I walked into their shop. The consultation at my home and installation were both safely done during COVID. The Alta sheer-lined blinds were as elegant and seamlessly efficient as the more expensive Hunter Douglas I once owned, and there was no extra appointment or charge for the technician that set them up on a timer and connected it to Alexa's voice activation. The effect is so dramatic and beautiful and perfectly practical for automatically controlling the sunlight that was baking our wall of art and grand piano. I just could not be happier with any part of this. Special recognition should go to Jesse, owner and sales, and to Rich for the quick and thorough installation, as well as Angelo for his technical expertise.

I highly recommend them. Very professional from start to finish. Respectful in sales and honestly recommended products that would work best for us. Installation was great and delivery was as promised. Even during the pandemic they were on time and communicated very well.

Lovely job with our blinds today! What I particularly like is they really listened to me and understood exactly what I wanted! And the blinds they installed are keeping out the heat just like they said they would! Jesse came today and finished up and he was super nice and I highly recommend this company!

The clips for my valance were old and breaking. I had no idea where they were purchased. Took a guess and was pleasantly surprised. They had the clips I needed. It appeared to me this type may no be longer used. He had a few and gave them to me at no cost. I’m thankful I do not need to replace the valance just for broken clips. Very kind and friendly. I will go back there when I need new blinds.

Working with the sales department couldn’t have been easier. We had a great selection of product to choose from and appreciated their patience as I needed time to make my selections. Order came in a timely fashion with installation soon after. We needed a minor problem looked at months later, they came to fix without hesitation! We’ve been so happy with the entire job and the personal attention Jeremy, one of the owners, has given us!

Terrible service. Do not return phone calls, Delivery time for a finished product off by almost 4+ weeks. Poor fit of sunshades.damage on installation. Owner to contact us never did. Would not recommend at all. Does not return any phone calls as promised.

Our blinds look great! Now, 18 months later, one of the blinds got twisted somehow so I called them and they came back out, fixed it at no charge and all with a smile. Really refreshing!
