The Blind Guys designed my shades and installed them two years ago. When I moved, they took them down, cleaned them and re-installed them in the new house. The work was done quickly and professionally. I can't ask for better service.

Our house needed a 'refresh' and I decided to do that through window treatments. We have a house full of windows and doors made of glass, and I was intent on having shutters given their timeless, clean look and the durability/resilience. I had initially been intent on getting three quotes and had my little list with Home Depot, Costco and one local vendor on it (The Blind Guys) I had selected the local vendor through consumer research. I had a budget in my head that I was intent on staying within and while I was not too picky about shutter brand, I was selective enough to know my budget was in a *quality* range.

Scooter came out from The Blind Guys and did a great job with initial consultation. Very knowledgeable about the product he was selling and how things would look/fit, as we talked through. He left me my quote, explained how things would work if I decided to go with them and the Hunter Douglas products and I was incredibly impressed with our local business. So much so, that I did not end up needing to have the 3rd parties come out through Home Depot, Costco (reviews of quality/damaged products, scheduling, issues, etc.were a bit too frightening as well)

Fast forward to 6-7 weeks later, when my 18 shutters were in; they called and scheduled an installation; came out with no issues or problems. The shutters were in perfect condition, and looked amazing! As mentioned we have a ton of windows, so there was a follow up visit a few days after initial install for some additional caulking that did not get finished and that was taken care of. The group of guys that came out were super friendly, hardworking and knowledgeable. The experience overall was fantastic for us, and it was a a significant investment so you want things to go well and right and they absolutely did. There is a reason that this business and their team get excellent reviews and I do not regret for a second going with my gut and just getting one single quote from The Blind Guys!

The Blinds Guys are the best! They did the motorized window treatments for our entire new home 3 years ago. We recently had a problem with our living room shades and they worked quickly and efficiently to address the problem. Hunter Douglas completely replaced all the shades in that room! I highly recommend The Blind Guys for both an excellent, competitive price and great service after the sale.

From the initial visit with scooter and through the installation with the staff everything was great and professionally done. Very happy with it. I would use them again and recommend anyone who’s interested in a good outcome to call them.

The choices and guidance given by Scooter (co-owner) was on point. It complements my home nicely. I would have give them 5 ️ and what prevented it from happening was the scheduling of the installation. I paid nicely for my shades. They can Elle’s and postponed the twice before they finally got it done on the third appointment. The reasons for the postponement was not professionally decisioned.

Daniel is a very pleasant young man and did an excellent job. Thank you so much. I certainly shall feel much more comfortable in the evenings being able to close the blind.

Installation was fast, the installers were courteous and thorough. They explained the operation of the shades and answered all my questions. When the work was completed, they cleaned up and left the house as though they were never here. Great job.

The Blind Guys are the best! We have shutters throughout our home, and needed an adjustment on 2 different sets. Pat (service manager) was prompt and thorough in his communication. Daniel (service tech) was on time, polite, and did an excellent job of adjusting our shutters. Over all, a great experience! We highly reccomend The Blind Guys!

The installer did a very good job and obviously knew what he was doing. The only issue was that the vertical blinds needed trimming to fit properly. The installer will return to do the trimming. Plus the manufacturer of my mini blinds sent the wrong size and the order will have to be re-submitted. A little delay but worth it.

Adrian, and the team, were a real pleasure to work with - we replaced virtually all of the existing window coverings with shutters, (across the front), or Duette cellular shades, (everywhere else), and the results were fantastic! We couldn't be happier, and would recommend The Blind Guys without hesitation.

Daniel the installer was excellent. He arrived early, and worked efficiently to install the shutters. He was very neat and cleaned everything up when he completed the installation. The shutters look great and the installation looks perfect.
