Great teaching! So much information for only an hour teaching! I'm sure I could warm up to the fast music
Awesome place to discover or rediscover your creator. The God of Gods. The King of ALL Kings. My life is better for it
I've attended about three times and enjoyed every service! I felt very welcome when the usher greeted us with a warm smile. They even remembered our names! The sanctuary is nice and cool and very comfortable. The teaching is straight from the Bible! If you want to hear the word of God it's worth a visit!
Walking in the building is nice enough. Kids area is clean and run by seemingly nice people. The service started off with some decent sounding music which we found out they wrote themselves.
However we will not be returning. They started off talking about donations and asking for 10% off the bat. Then their video screen played some interesting advertising for the church we were already sitting in. This and the souvenirs that were sitting in glass cases like we were at a concert, made me feel like this place was very phony.
The sermon was given on the screen (from a different campus apparently) by a guy that reminded us creepily of the Tiger King with his mannerisms and the way he spoke (not talking accents, I’m talking brainwashing and only in it for a profit).
The message was very closed minded. They talked about the “only truth” which I have heard before but this included homophobia and transphobic messages. While I get the differing of opinion, I am not keen on exposing my children to that kind of hateful message. Not once did they mention “love” or “acceptance. ”
God is not in this space.
Fantastic bible based church. Wasn’t raised in the church and am very comfortable here. Teachings are applicable to daily life. Couldn’t be happier with the church and church community. Great kids programs and small groups!
They changed it from the cool church to the bridge from all flak there been taking. Jesus would not be happy with this church. I feel sorry for all the blind sheep that attend there.
