Love the food, but I had the worst experience with the service 3 times and it's enough to consider never ordering from here ever again

My co-workers and I decided to give it a shot. We went for lunch and it was a huge dissapointment. Food was cold: chicken and fries seemed to be sitting there for a while. We had to ask for a refund because it was impossible to eat it. Employees were nice and understanding but we will never eat there again.

Food was average and service terrible, we waited more then 25min for a small order of wings and 2 shakes.some people walked out cause cashier Francisco didn’t pay attention, they got some wrong orders toomeh first and last.

When there for lunch first time survive was the best I have seen for a dive spot will definitely be back when in town the food was on point

20 min for 5 garlic parm wings. Not busy at the time. 2 orders placed after me goes out. I remind them. They come out only oily and no flavor missing all of the garlic and no parm on top just an oily wing. Got Refund. Never again as they were care free and lazy. Bathrooms are in poor condition. Price is 12 for 5 wings - double the price of wings stops. Wings are skinny and near meatless.

Traditional wings take about 15 min to make because they are made to order The food is good here I recommend the garlic parmesan buffalo fries. They have milkshakes too. Fast and great customer service here

This place need new employees with a better attitude before theres a fight inside there store! These people are horrible!

I would go here quite frequently while visiting the alma mater (U of A) with the food usually tasting good. However, my most recent visit on August 20,2023 is making me want to no longer visit this restaurant after the way I was treated. First of all, when the 7 foot cashier named Francisco asked for my name for my order, I told him my name was Carl and even spelled it out for him, but when I checked my receipt he wrote it down as Carnel which I found to be insulting and disrespectful even after I told Francisco how my name was spelled. Then, my order sat on the counter for 5 minutes with nobody telling me my order was ready until another employee came out from nowhere to help. I used to like this place but it’s gone downhill recently and after my most recent experience, consider this the end of my business with this establishment.

Great food! I got the Kogi Korean barbecue and it’s with onion rings. Fast service and easy to order from a simple menu. I had my food brought to my table 5 star service!

I have gone here many time. They talked people into downloading their app. The rewards that you claim are never able to be used. Now you can no longer order through the app, you have to order through doordash where they charge more than the original menu price even though you are picking up your food. You are not allowed to place an order over the phone anymore.
So your only option is Doordash or waste 15+ minutes waiting for your food to be done.

This chicken is okay. It’s nice for a quick fill up. I had my order delivered and it was quick and fresh. Compared to other chicken places, it’s quite mid, but I like the portion sizes for their prices. They’re fair and simple, even on delivery services. Small restaurant and weird parking but still a decent place to visit for university blvd.

They have some very RACIST people here. Refused service to me and called me a liar after there being a mistake with my food. There was a woman who even laughed in my face. Never coming back here

You have to try it at least once, good meat not good serving for the price, could be a little better then it worth it

Went with a few friends and tried a wide assortment of wings, which appears to be the main staple food of this restaurant. Verdict: 2 stars (details below)

GOOD:
- The wings are hefty in size and made to order, so they come out hot.

- Wide variety of flavor options, you should be able to find something

- Walking distance to campus, so if you're in that community it's just a quick walk/light rail ride away!

- Friendly staff

BAD:
- The wings lack any crispy texture, and some of the sauces are super thick so you just get a goopy, almost jelly-like consistency on some flavors

- Prices are a little crazy. $17 for 10 wings? Pushing nearly $20 after taxes, so you're talking almost $2 a wing. Not a good value even though the wings are large.

- You're asked to tip at the register before even receiving any service or food, which is weird considering no service is even provided. You pick up your own food when they call your name, fill your own drink, and throw away your own trash.what exactly am I tipping for, just giving away free money? Skip the tip it's not justified whatsoever.

- Sauces on some of the flavors are pretty muted. Garlic parmesan doesn't really have a hint of garlic, and the mango habanero has basically no heat or mango, it's just orange sweet goop. We tried about 60% of their menu, and flavors which you would typically associate with dry rubs (lemon pepper, garlic parmesan) were all sauces. Thick, goopy sauces. The lemon pepper in particular is so overwhelming on the lemon flavor it tastes like candy, with virtually no essence of pepper flavor. For those looking for some heat, we also tried the 'very hot' flavor and that was also fairly disappointing. It seemed on par with a mild sauce at other places. Their atomic hot flavor is the actual hot flavor, but even then, nothing too crazy. Not a place to go for heat

SIDE NOTE: We also saw several bottles of 'Sweet Baby Rays' in the back which was visible from our seat. Not bad for your fridge at home, but at a restaurant selling wings at this price, c'mon now. Take with that what you will

Me & my boyfriend went to buffalo spot tonight & the only two workers there were Patricia & Frank they were the best fast food workers i’ve ever encountered they had so many rude costumers and they were so sweet and patient i always see them working so so hard absolutely 10/10 for the both of them i definitely think they deserve a raise! -mel a super satisfied customer

How do you have a restaurant that won’t take an order over the phone. Couldn’t get doordash to work for me so I couldn’t even try the food. Worst thing you could do for business.

No stars if possible. The service was SO terrible I never even had a chance to eat. I put in an online order and they no longer sold the chicken sandwich so instead of reaching out at my contact information they waiting until I got to the location, assuming my whole order was ready. I told them I’ll just take the fries and we could get a sandwich on the way home, fries were never started. Now forced to wait for an order I had no intention of waiting for in the first place, hence the online ordering option, I said just cancel my order and refund me. This did not happen. After several calls about the matter, speaking to clueless employees, it took WEEKS! What should have taken minutes, took weeks. I will never return to this location and I tell everybody about this shady business.

First time me and my daughter went here, was excited, I got 5 lemon pepper wings, one of my favs. The wing sauce was disgusting, it didn’t taste anything like lemon pepper, not sure how to describe the taste but I have had WAY better wings. Not sure how you mess up wings or the sauce. Wont be going back! …. Please get a better lemon pepper sauce!

Worst customer service. They’re online ordering was down and they wouldn’t let me place an order over the phone. Food isn’t worth it.
