Purchase my car from The Car Lot. Ali was very professional, They are located in Arizona, shipped my vehicle to Chicago, IL no problem. When the car arrived it had a power steering leak, Wayne, the Service Manager spoke with Rinat Owner/General Manger and told me take it and have it repaired and they would pick up the cost and they did. When I'm looking to purchase another vehicle I will definitely deal with The Car Lot!

I am from the UK and this was my first time buying a car in America, so I was very stressed as it is very different from buying in the UK. All the staff were great and very helpful. Particularly Eric. He was very patient, answered all my questions and worries and I never felt pressured to buy. His customer service was brilliant. I ended up driving away the same day in a car that I love and I couldn't be happier. A great team and I highly recommend dropping buy here if you're looking to buy a car.

Almost everything is at risk in life and all risk comes with some thing or another so yes I had my credit pulled from several banks and I found out later about sone work needed to be done but I was able to walk away a car that fit my personality which the dealer Ali was admitted about making sure I get. I lost everything making the decision to move Tucson but I was willing because I know I was called here. Being that I was sadly unexpectedly out of my 2016 Lexus for a year, I was ok with just starting over from where ever my credit would approve me for so to end up with a 2014 Lexus was an overall blessing. I appreciate The Car Lot for working with me from my credit situation to actually making sure I love what I got and even down to the down payment. I needed another chance and they gave it! I’m beyond grateful!
