Gerard was very professional and courteous. They came to repair the heater and checked the whole system and found a bad ac part also. Our unit was old and theyfound all the parts, ordered them and installed them as promised. I would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY

I originally had a problem with my heating and cooling system. After several attempts to get it going it was later found to be a short in the mother board. Mr. Carlson was very good to understand my concerns and willing to do the repairs himself. He now has the fan, cooling and heating running smoothly. Thank you Mike Carlson for doing a great job. Had three air conditioners installed. Service and install was outstanding. Joe Grotto, the Service Manager who coordinated quotes and the install, was extremely receptive to our needs and coordinated an excellent install. The installers were very neat and clean during the entire install. Would definitely use them again for all our plumbing and a/c needs.

Ed and Nick were efficient and courteous as they replaced a kitchen sink, faucets, and stop valves. Every employee over the years have been skilled and professional.

We were in need of some repairs and The Carlson Company came out quickly. They listened to our concerns, explained how they were going to fix them and then did exactly what they said. They were friendly and professional. We were very pleased with the service we received.

Very rude they're lack of knowledge for aspc or upc plumbing & gas code and the treatment of Knowledge able employees due to egotistical ownership with the mentality of a high school bully causes progression to be slow if any. Don't outshine the master or you shall falter. The last words of a true leader on his way to search for another opportunity with love of growth instead of hate of heroism. 1/2 of the company is great HVAC but if you're looking for plumbing I'd be weary!

I spoke with a few other companies around town regarding replacing an old unit that had gone out. I was quoted anywhere from 4-6 weeks due to back order of units. When I spoke with Dave, he ensured me that he would find something that would work and be sure to beat the time frame I was given.
