Bad service bad people very rude slow don't care about the job online is the worst in every since in town takes 15 after the order is done thanks to lazy woman working there and people standing around doing nothing the food not good and the cheesecake is bad but it's az so the food is not good most places not worth waste your time and money slow dirty bathrooms and bad people to it give them a -10 on everything and don't need the fake reply from the owner hire better people and give better online one wants to talk to you

Would have liked more vegetarian options, but overall a good visit. We sat at the bar so we wouldn't have to wait an obscene amount of time to be seated, and that was a good move. The bar tender was fantastic. Wish I could remember his name, but he was so friendly and we never had to wait for anything.

Sunday brunch menu was very good. Had new item on menu, Chicken and Waffles with eggs Benedict on top. Very good. Service was very good. Not overly crowded. Of course Cheesecake was excellent. A must have.

It is cheesecake factory. Portions are to big, just like the amount of items on the the menu. If you are vegetarian this is not the place for you. Staff is friendly! I only go here once a year for Christmas party. All the staff is very friendly.

Banana Cheesecake and the Celebration cheesecake were awesome. Appetizer of Nachos that were HUGE! As always it was so very yummy!

HORRIBLE! TERRIBLE! THE MOST CONDESCENDING RUDE STAFF! I have never experienced such dereliction from a staff before. The NEGLECTFUL and RUDE STAFF will have no idea about your order. What it is how long it will take to prepare and if you ask them to check on it they will immediately go defensive with LIES and will not help in the slightest. When I brought it to the attention of the staff (latino working the counter) I was ignored and waived off while your guy told me that he "didn't care". Figure out where you problem lies and Fire the entire staff. One BLIND eye BREEDS NEGLEGENCE. I WILL NEVER SPEND ANOTHER SECOND OF MY LIFE WASTING AWAY IN THIS LOST "D" LIST ESTABLISHMENT. FULL OF NPC'S!

We went for my birthday lunch. My friend and I shared a sandwich and then had a piece of cheesecake. Very good service and tasty food.

Tried the Avocado Toast and was not disappointed. The pickled onions and radish were a nice touch.

That was the best eggs Benedict that I’ve had in a while #brunch

Our waiter Charles (I think) made our dining experience so great! He's taking this picture of all of us with him off to the right. Food was great this evening; and as you can see there were many of us, so we had many different entrees/apps. Nice couples nearby loaned lactose pills, so fun!

This Cheesecake Factory is so good! The service was excellent. They sat me and a friend very quick for Black Friday night and it was a short wait. Maybe 2 minutes and they were very busy! The waiter was very nice and he came back to check on us a lot. I got an alcoholic drink called the Georgia peach and it was the best! That is a dangerous drink cause it’s so good!

Service was kinda fast. Food was good. Waiter got off shift and never said anything to us. Told him we were here to celebrate daughters bday. Female server appeared to tell us she is now taking care of us. Never saw her again for 15 min. When I told her it was daughters bday she could of cared less. No free nothing here.sad when a bunch of waiters and waitress just came to table next to us and did their singing for bday. Girl said she was gonna be in management soon. Who cares. Would think twice about returning. Loud. Kids screaming all around us.
