The Cheesecake Factory, Mesa AZ

One of the few restaurants that still serves excellent food and has excellent service. That's been pretty much impossible to come by since the pandemic hit.

Always a great atmosphere to go out with my wife. I just didn't like that it's not fully open when there are no laws for it here in Arizona.

I feel the menu is offering quantity over quality lately. There’s always a wait and the food is mediocre. Not bad, but not worth waiting around for. Nice ambiance though

Took my daughter out for her Birthday. She requested Cheesecake Factory. Having never visited here before I was very pleasantly surprised by their menu selections. Our waitress was good and kept our drinks full, and very courteous and respectful. My wife had the Thai coconut lime chicken, I went with the crispy pineapple chicken and shrimp. My girls has pasta dishes and my son had a mushroom burger. All of us were pleased with the taste, appearance, and quantity served. Hot and delicious. The bill was a bit higher than I expected but worth it. We took our ample sized cheesecake deserts home for another day. Worth every penny.

Delicious food. Service was great. Waited 40 minutes because they were busy and full. Didn't realize I could call ahead for reservations.

The menu so large, I was afraid the food would be really bad. I was pleasantly surprised! I got the Korean fried Chicken over brown rice, and I found it very delicious.

Never buying cheesecake here again if you can believe that. It's not as dense as it used to be. I have made cheesecake at home several times. This is junk and cheaper to make. Back to Costco I guess.

Food was delicious, masks on staff, spacing at the tables, clean, prompt service. A very nice experience on our 56th wedding anniversary.

Ordered fish & chips and it was not great. Too dry for the price you pay. Service was great.

We had a great lunch today. Our server Jeramiah took very good care of us. The food was excellent.

Huuuge menu. Very good food, excellent service. Couldn't ask for much more. Even the kids will like it because there is so much to look at.

We ordered stakes and shrimps, they were 3 shrimp in the dish, and I was looking were the stake was hiding behind the mashrooms and garlic, then boom two smal balls of tiny meet, I said its okay, then I started eating and boom the sauce was sweet. I don't eat sweets in diner time. I ordered limonade and it was too sweet.
I'm done, I am going to outback steakhouse next diner.

Romano crusted chicken never disappoints! I could make 3 meals with this dish it’s that big. The fresh warm bread that comes with it is so good. Love this place.

Visited the cheesecake factory Thursday evening. Ordered a gin straight up with olives. House Brand Partner had tonic water plain. When the bill came was $10.50 for the gin and $3.50 for the tonic water. A bit excessive in price I thought! Probably will not return.

Took my mother-in-law here for her 99th birthday! All 4 of us enjoyed our meal and the service was exceptional as always and of course our Cheesecake was divine!

This Cheesecake Factory is one of the best restaurants in area. I go there every month and they have the best good people and vibes. Also, there bar is great and who ever makes the drinks they do great job. I have been going to this location for over 4 years and never had any problem.

It's good, and the portions are ok. It's a little pricey but the cheesecake is really expensive.

Was there for my birthday & a lot of the servers sang! Fun! Our server was Kim & she was great! My cousin & I had delicious dinners, shrimp & beef medallions and chicken & beef medallions, YUMMY! We usually have one of the delicious salads! Cheese Cake is ALWAYS great!

This is our first time eatimg here and our server was great! He had great customer service he was quick to our needs and spoke in a calm friendly voice.made us feel very welcomed.i would recommend anyone who is coming here to ask for the server Cole.good place to eat.thank you for the great food and service
