The Cheesecake Factory, Scottsdale AZ

Cheesecake Factory doesn’t disappoint. The waitress was quirky and fun. The food came out semi fast tasted as it should. We were seated quickly but it was a Wednesday at 3pm so hat was expected. Only issue was the long wait to get my card back to sign out. We watched as our waitress talked with another coworker and we had another engagement to attend.

Had a ribeye there last night it was horrible ive had better steaks at dennys mostly grisly and very very thing huge waste of money.not sure what happened this place ised to be great.

Yeah it's a chain, but who cares? They do what they do very well. The food is quality despite the huge assortment of menu items available. The cocktails are pretty decent too, not high end, but Cheesecake Factory doesn't pretend to be that.

The service is always quality and I have not had a bad experience here yet. The only downside is the long wait to get in here on weekends.

Delicious food. Everything came out quite quickly & hot. Our waiter was not super friendly but all other staff definitely made up for it.

Waitress took my money ($40) off table when she was packaging up leftovers. She even said she saw the money there. But in the end she said she didn’t take it and I had to dish out another $40 to pay for my meal. So it cost me $80 for a Cuban sandwich and a Long Island Iced Tea. When I called to explain and talked to General Manager she said they wouldn’t do anything for me because they didn’t get my money. Only way I will get my money back is if waitress wants to pay me back out of her own pocket. Horrible customer service Cheesecake Factory. You made thousands of dollars last night and couldn’t even offer me a gift certificate for your waitresses error. Shame on you. So greedy. I will never come to your restaurant again and hope others who read this won’t come either.

Classic tastes, wonderful service.and CHEESECAKE. You know what you are getting when you order at this location, quality. I have had the pleasure of dinning at this particular Cheesecake Factory on a number of occasions. Each time was always more delicious than the last. Personally I am unable to leave without being drawn in by my sweet tooth to indulgent in at least a single slice of cheesecake. I would give this location a full 5 stars but the lighting and ambiance can be a little much to endure if like me there is some night blindness that occurs within a dusk or dawn like lighting. If low lighting is not an issue than go ahead and add that star back and take this as a perfect review.

The family loves this place. We visit at least once a month if not every other week.
