Excellent meal and service. Husband had steak tacos and I had shrimp with angel hair noodles off the 590 calorie menu.

This was my 1st time there, it was amazing! Wonderful server, awesome food and even better desserts. Cant wait to try it again! ️️️

I was very disappointed the service was very poor I asked food bread 3 or 4 times before we got any. I also had to ask a bus boy for water witch was not his Job but he still helped. The food was not up to the standard and they threw away my left overs and I had to wait another 15 min to get it replaced.

Dined there for the first time tonight. Our waitress Karly B. (from the receipt) was excellent, very helpful with great suggestions. She brought me out a couple sauces to taste from the "spicier" pasta dishes (not spicy) they were good but I went with the fish and chips. Bae had an impossible burger and he enjoyed that as well. The bread was delicious, we used it to taste the sauces. Way too full at the end of the night for cheese cake sadly.

Too expensive. They are uppity, they treat the people that make deliveries for them like they're peons, forgetting that we spend our money out eating and not all are dirt poor (which is no excuse to me) I have tried their desserts at a different cheesecake and it was good, but 4x the price for what it was.

Fantastic! The side ceasar salad had a little to much dressing, but it was great. The kids chicken and fries were very good. The Monterey chicken sandwich is the best chicken sandwich I have had in a restaurant. The sauce was wonderful and it had a tiny bit of spice to it as well. The chicken avacado club was also delicious! Great experience! Great food!

So many options for all appetites and diets! Can't go wrong coming here for brunch, lunch, or dinner!

I recommend Nashville hot chicken nuggets, Louisiana chicken pasta, & Chicken Shrimp Gumbo.

Still have room for dessert? Take a slice of cheesecake home! I recommend Coffee Cream Cheesecake & Chocolate Tuxedo Cream Cheesecake!

The place is very open and warming. My only two issues with it are the fact there is so much stuff on the menu! So much so that it can take 20min to read just all the main courses. I love it but at the same time it is a bit over whelming. The other issue is. The main desk is far from the entrance so no one is there to great you. You have to walk a little bit back to get to it. Past all the delicious looking cheesecake. Then they will greet and seat you.

Overall tho, all the staff are super friendly and hear out your concerns about any of the food they will help you choose, and your drinks are never empty. They are super kid friendly and have a bar setup, regular tables, and booths. The food is always up to par as well. I really recommend this place. There is to much good to outweigh the bad. (Buy the strawberry cheese cake, it's worth it.)

The server i had was rude and when she took my back too put it in a box she didnt put it all in there and. She hot on my husband the whole time. I will never go back there again 100 for 3 people wasnt even worth 20 too me.

Our waiter was a total sweetheart and all the staff was extremely nice, but an appetizer of 5 chicken potstickers and a side salad is not worth $27! I originally wanted to get a pasta dish, but they were $19. I have heard the portions are large but we went for lunch! It's sad because the good IS good there.

Overpriced and food isn't that great. The cheesecake was just not good, it's heavy and overly sweet. The margarita pizza had way too much cheese on it. Just not a great restaurant.

I took my friend there for the first time. He was trying to keep his composure. He is from New York and says a burger like the one he had would have cost 50dollars.and not even as half as good. He ready to go back. See you soon. Blessings

Good food but very pricey. More side item quantity than main entree. The cost of a smallish Margarita was ridiculous though ($10). Service was excellent! Our waitress was bright, genuinely upbeat and friendly as well as on top of everything. I'm confident she made close to$100 in tips from our 3 families, and earned every cent. She was what you want everytime you go out but rarely get!

On two separate occasions I've ordered a whole cheesecake online a few days before I planned on pick up. Both times i arrive for pickup to be told the cake I ordered isn't available. They clearly need to make improvements to their online ordering system. I won't try to get a whole cheesecake from them ever again. Very disappointing.

I got the Thai coconut lime chicken. It was delicious! The chicken was so tender and juicy, the flavors were perfect and the mushrooms were amazing. It was enough for lunch the next day! My friends' salads were great and we ordered a second round of the brussel sprouts appetizer as they were so tasty. Service was friendly, efficient and attentive without being overbearing. We chatted a long time without feeling pressured to leave. We got cheesecake to go and it was packaged nicely. Only down side is the prices, but I guess they're just going up everywhere due to labor increases.

Very polite hostess and waitress. I ordered the grilled pork chop meal and it was delicious. I usually choose not to go to this restaurant because of the long wait. I made an exception this time because it was just after 9pm when we got there so there was no wait.

Yum. The wait was only 20 minutes for a Saturday night and we were a party of 4. Our server was awesome. He kept coming back to see if we needed anything.

Pretty average food on the most part but the cheesecake is amazing. I really wish they concentrated on a smaller menu cutting food cost and buying a better product for the dishes they do have. The menu is huge maybe 10 pages. They include Mexican, Italian, American, east coast, southern and many more. Great place to take a group of people that cant decide on one style of food. Jack of all trades restraunt but master of none. Great environment and friendly staff.

It was ok. Thanks for responding back so quicky. Our server Jeremiah i think was awesome. He explained our food correctly but it just didnt taste as good as I thought. Besides myself and Father in law, my son loves this place and had great time.

The skinnylicious menu might be a fraud. I would just go for the full calorie menu. The pot pie was basically chicken pot pie soup with half a crust over top. The white chicken chili was actually brown. Not a great night for the Factory.
