The Container Store, Phoenix AZ

Greeted with, "you must wear a mask in here. " I told them I'm asthmatic and they told me that I couldn't ship without a mask. We spend a few hundred dollars while a batch followed me around the store. Crazy. Stop going here!

It's a great store, you'll find just about everything you could ever need here. The prices on some items, however, are a little on the steeper side. Overall it's a great place.

As someone who is very organized, I found my experience here this time around very disappointing. We walked in and were greeted kindly. Then we were bothered by other employees to wear a mask. I was looking for ideas on how to organize certain areas of our new home, so I was trying to take pictures of products to keep track. Do you realize how annoying it is to hold a phone to type or take pics while wearing a stupid mask that doesn't even work? I guess this place didn't get the memo about not bothering their customers who don't wear masks. I won't be back until this BS is over.

Yesterday we went over to this location to check out a few things for our new DIY project. Immediately upon entering the store the lady asked us if we had a mask to wear. We told her we have a medical condition and we would pass out in the store. She looked at us and said Sorry, but we cannot let you enter otherwise please shop online. We have never had a single problem at Target, Tj Maxx, Homegoods, Costco, Home Depot, etc but at the container store we are not allowed to enter? Not sure if that is legal as the mandate states if you have a medical condition you are not required to wear a mask.

Shortly after we went to the store we called a few different locations they stated a mask is required from our top down offices. The lady then informed us that corporate is WATCHING the cameras as people are shopping. Spying on their customers. I mean I get cameras are in stores, but this is a pretty weird way of doing it. If anything it is very creepy and would rather spend my money at a company in which isn't spying on me. It's been fun shopping here for 10 years, but that's the last straw.

Clean and well organized.

Went out if our way to get a specific item- we didn't find it, but that's no one's fault. I feel like people are often willing to drive for the container store. It's a fun outing. But the woman at the register was very rude when pushing the loyalty program. We nicely declined (four times) and she didn't say another word the entire time we were there.

If you are planing on visit the store, has great selección, but bad customer service. If you bring your baby under 2yrs old, an associate will approach you making them wear a mask. When the CDC clearly says the should not wear it. From the CDC page. Masks should NOT be worn by children under age 2 or anyone who has trouble breathing, is unconscious, incapacitated, or otherwise unable to remove the mask without assistance. I explain to them that, but she insisted. Customer service needs to be educated at this store!

Just stopped in to get reusable bags and Courtney helped us out! She was so sweet and personable! 5 stars just for her lovely attitude and costumer service!

Great place to find just about anything to hold anything. There is so much different things here from trash cans to containers of all types to afull closet design center. The staff are helpful. They also have installation for thei closets systems they sell and often have great sales on them also.

We stood in line 15 minutes only to be told the credit card machine was not working. So to do a hand held machine we had to join their club. We won't be back.

Terrible customer service. I was in the store for about 20 minutes before an associate acknowledged me. And this person was already working with someone else. Cashier was friendly but that was about it.

So. Many. Containers. I suppose I knew what I was getting myself into. Yet, I was still surprised at all the storage solutions this place has. I don't think I've ever seen a piece of marketing for The Container Store, which might have an impact on why they aren't top of mind when I need to find the right bin, box, or storage thingy. Like a trip to Target, you may go in with great resolve to just get the one thing you intend to, only to walk out an hour later with three giant bags of things. Be careful out there. The appeal of organization is strong.

My go-to place for everything in my motorhome. Friendly staff, easy to negotiate through the store & fun to just browse.

O man do they ever have containers. My wife loves this place. If you need a container for something I'm sure they have it.

So much to choose from! Like the ideas presented within each section of containers/product type. A bit pricey on a lot of items. Clean store.

You can find whatever type of container of you're looking for. I saw containers for things I didn't know I needed until now!

I bought these cool hrs case containers from the container store. Cool place for all kinds of odds and ends type of stuff. These containers are heavy duty and should last for years. Thank you

I'm a chronic organizer and love this store. So many great ways to sort your stuff and other gadgets you never knew you had to have!

It's hard to CONTAIN my enthusiasm for this place (see what I did there?). But seriously, if you need any type of storage solution it's probably here.
