Dr Buck, in the Meds office, was assigned to me as I had fractured my hip. Had no Dr. He did the job fine.
But, his office is a nightmare! Don't bother with this organization for care. Impossible to talk to anyone and no follow through what so ever. I have just spent the last 6 hours trying to talk to a live person to help me with my issue. No one CARES! DON'T get medical service from this office.

Doctor ignored me when I said I was still in pain months after surgery. When I said I was dissatisfied with the outcome and that I needed more physical therepy I was ignored, and all staff responded to my concerns by insisting that I was recovering well and congratulating themselves on doing a great job. I am in pain everyday, with no way to manage it, no physical therepy, and I am unable to sit on the floor, cross my legs, walking is painful. I can't even reach my foot to put on my socks. And I dont have any hope for it to get better, I'll lose my mind if I schedule another follow up appointment where I'm told that there are no problems with my recovery

Thanks for completely misquoting what my wrist fracture would be. They said around 250-500. I walked out paying 245 and felt really happy about that. Then I get a bill for $941 and change. What? Completely unprofessional and never was it mentioned it would be so high even though I thoroughly asked financing before coming. I would not have gone here I waited hours to be seen somewhere professional overnight with a fracturedwrist and traveled 30 minutes out of my way to be to be seen here

My wife fractured both ankles. We went there and most of the staff was nice. This was on a Friday about 4 pm and was told the pain medicine would be called in to our Walgreens. I went up to walgreen and no medicine. Came home and called their after hours number and was told there was nothing they could do. Really? There is a doctor on call. We had to load her back up and take her to urgent care and wait to get in then wait to see a doctor then get an exam to finally get a prescription to make it through the weekend. So 2 weeks go by and now going to have the cast removed and get in and 21/2 hours later leaving office after my wife had told the doctor and his nurse about calling in a new pain medicine as they forgot last time and then told the check out person to remind them to call in the pain medicine and guess what? Again they forgot. Its Friday again so I guess I will have to load my with back up with 2 broken ankles and take her to urgent care because I call them core institute and all you can do is leave them a message. My suggestion is if they cant even get something as simple as calling in a script then why would you think they can remember how to do surgery. By the way the person I talked to in Phoenix, because you cant call the one on Dobson they can only transfer you to their voicemail, was more worried about me raising my voice to her than solving a mistake they made twice. This rude persons name was Joann. We will make sure we never use Core Institute in the future.

I've wasted a year of my life in pain thinking they as well as desert banner would help me with a torn nerve in my back (so I'm told). But no doctor is willing to take responsibility, just another appointment/test followed by referral to a different doctor. They have charged my insurance over $100,000, haven't been able to identify the issue, and I'm still stuck with a low quality of life (can't take care of, bathe, or use the bathroom by myself). Every time I leave I wonder if these doctors remember taking an oath to help people or how they sleep at night. But I've been listed at "pain seeking" and after a year of this issue am suicidal. Not that they are concerned or willing to listen. Over 50 visits to hospital, as well as primary care provider, specialist. X rays, MRIs, EMGs, constantly poked prodded and made uncomfortable. I am 30 years old, didnt have any issues before this injury. Now I have a failing liver, athmsa, have been out of work, havent slept for 4 hours straight in over a year, dont have energy, appetite, quality of life. But thats just my story, thanks for listening.

Same as the other reviews. The doctor doesn't believe the patient, is purplexed as to why they're even there, and has no idea what's going on. Don't schedule a patient if you can't treat them! Yes, l will be contacting the patient advocate.

I like a small personalized health team. Can't say anything about the staff because I can't get through the phone systems- been waiting over 15 minutes to get someone on the phone. Also I work in Phoenix- don't get to this side of town until five- expand your hours at least until 7.

My experience with The CORE institute was very pleasant. Dr. Lundberg listened to my concerns and made me feel as if I was in control of my Healthcare. I was very pleased and I would recommend him to all my friends.

The Good: The lady who took my insurance & payment was very professional, nice & helpful.
The Bad: My wait was over 1.5 hours! When finally getting called back, Dr. Hirsch didn't seem to believe my statements, and he kept interrupting me when I was trying to provide info & ask questions. He seemed perturbed that I was even there which may be because I asked the desk why I was having to wait so long. I wasn't asking for pain meds. I wasn't asking for disability.all I was asking was what is this lump in the back of my neck, why does it move around so much, and should I make arrangements to get it removed and if so, how? That's all I wanted from him. Now I have to go somewhere else because out of my PCP and Dr. Hirsch, with MRI & xrays, neither can tell me what the lump is. Finding good, or at least par, medical care is getting harder & harder.

Regarding your response below - no thanks, I'll pass. If you want the full story from my point of view, feel free to call me. And I also got a prescription for therapy at The CORE Institute, but like I said above, the core won't be getting any more of my business.

I find Dr. Lindbergh to be well-informed and compassionate to my pain management needs. And he has a great sense of humor! I just wish I could find his doppelgänger closer to where I live.

Ridiculous wait time. I've been waiting almost 2 hours for a scheduled appointment. Don't schedule afternoon appointments!

Wow, what a great experience! I wanted to see a specialist for a 5 week old finger injury. I didn't want to have to go to a primary care doctor first. I went on to Core's website on a Friday and searched for a doctor. Picked one out close to me that specialized in hands. I was able to make an appt.online. I was expecting at least 4 weeks at the earliest to get an appointment. He had 3 slots available on the next Monday! I expected to get there and be told I would have to go somewhere to get X-rays. But, after a brief paperwork period (most was done online when I made the appt.) I was told that they would do X-rays first. I didn't even leave the counter, I was immediately escorted down the hall to get X-rays. Then I was put in a room with a nurse that interviewed me regarding the injury. Later, Dr Raia came in and examined me. He was very thorough and easy to talk to. He was even interested in my post injury photos I took of my finger. It was the best medical experience I've ever had. From walking in the front door and leaving was 50 minutes.

The Institute has always attended to my needs and been very kind in the process. I will always keep any of the doctors as mine. Thank you,

Treated well, very professional, I feel when I have questions that the people there explains things and make me feel like a person, and not some mentally ill, nut (lack of a better word) experiences that I have had and still do. Because I do have an extensive medical history of issues. So A+

We are seen by the Mesa Core and cannot say enough about the personnel there. They are the most professional and friendly people we have ever met. In particular, Desi Adam tops the list. She makes us (my husband and I) enjoy coming to the doctor. She doesn't make us feel like we are just patients; she makes us feel like family. Dr. Lumberg is the same way. He and his staff go over the boundaries to make our appointments enjoyable and without stress.

Dr. Triplett is amazing. He listens and has suggestions and if he does not have the answer he will find it. Would recommend him to any and everyone.

As someone with QUITE a lot of Ortho experience (I have Osteogenesis Imperfecta and have broken 40ish bones & had 8 surgeries), Dr's Buck, Jones, & Krohn are some of the absolute best trauma Orthopedists and Bone Health Specialists in the world! Literally the world.some of them host conferences all over the world lol. Their expertise is at the top of their field! If you're trying to find a top notch Ortho team, do yourself a favor and just go see everyone at the Core Institute. From those 3 doctors I mention to the 5 PA's that helped along the way from the ER, to surgical planning, to a very complicated femur surgery, to post-op care, I have had nothing but a STELLAR experience at the CORE Institute! Keep it up guys, you're some of the best Docs I've ever had!

Check in and appointment were great.there was NO follow up.was supposed to have PT, no one called. Dr Seeto referred me for MRI, they still had no results 1 month later. I am going to another ortho doc. Seeto said to resume all activities, I did and now in pain.broke clavicle a year ago, not a lot of pain until recently.non union clavicle fracture.very disappointed.after working for Sun Health/Banner for 17 years I never thought CORE would be like this.
