Today was the first time I had used this company for a blind repair. James showed up right on time as promised, did the repair plus another repair needed for no additional charge! Amazing professional, pleasant, reasonable cost service. I definitely will be using this business for any additional blind repair or purchase!

It was wonderful to meet James for our initial planning session. He was well versed in each of the different types of window coverings we were considering. His years of experience guided us through the process of our new home’s blank slate of windows. We appreciated his attention to detail throughout the process. He was communicative, never leaving us wondering about timelines.
When the shutters arrived, we met his talented installers. They were not only friendly and professional, but definite perfectionists. Even with just the gorgeous shutters installed, our house seem like a home. We were thrilled with the quality and ease of use when he installed our motorized blinds. All during the time we were working with TCW, Kelli was in the office available to answer our questions and keep us updated as our orders arrived.

Without thinking it over we committed to doing business with him. The Covered Window turned our order around in exactly 3 weeks. The final product is stunning and high quality. We went with the motorized blinds which is very easy to use. And they offer an app to use as a remote for the blinds. The install was quick and efficient and very professional. The Covered Window, Peoria AZ with James & Kelli et al.are top notch very friendly professionals who provide great personal one-on-one window coverings service and consultation. I purchased a new build home and brought James in early on in the process of selecting coverings. I wanted a great configuration throughout the 19 various sized windows with just as many light changes from the AZ sun angles. I was looking for quality fair priced (not cheap & not too pricey) coverings yet I wasn't sure of all the options offered in the industry today. I had a little bit of a clue to help James help me and he exceeded my expectations. I knew I wanted top down bottom up cellulars but wasn't sure if they fit in at which window. James and Kelli were/are incredibly responsive and helpful right from the start. He guided me months before as to when, the stage of new build, to bring him in. I did just that (after the point my cabinets were I stalled). We quickly scheduled a walk through of the still 8 weeks away closing. Room by room in the afternoon, to gauge the sunlight, we walked through and discussed choices with different colors and material in mind. James took accurate measurements then too. Kind of a big thing if you want the great fit and accurate cost estimate. James is incredibly honest and helpful stating the pros & cons of choices with respect to my style and windows. I appreciated that to get them both functional and nice looking. Each window and room is different and requires expert experience. He knows what works in a room and what doesn't but has respect that it's a customer's ultimate choice. He didn't steer me wrong with both cellulars (some motorized) and basswood blinds. I love them. James also considers personal lifestyle and the level of cleaning involved for the coverings. On 2 of my windows he even suggested that I didn't get the more expensive motor option due to predicted lower use (I'm glad I listened to him). When James schedules he shows up on time and doesn't leave until everything is as perfect as could be. He makes things right on any technical challenge of a shade. No rushing through it. He also spent the time to train me on these new (at least to me) motorized options. Great warranty and will always be available for adjustments should shades need it later on. All the shades except 1 came in on time just as James estimated. The one that was backordered he alerted me with an estimated time frame and he was right on. After it arrived scheduling was simple and it was installed flawlessly. As good coverings are not inexpensive anywhere The Covered Window is a great very fair priced choice and value. That, combined with fantastic family run business service, was a great combination. I purchased 6 basswood, 13 various sized cellulars some motor some not. There are remote controlled options for in the house and remote via the Alta Window Fashion app. For example, remotely one can schedule auto open and close times.
As a savvy consumer who works hard for your dollars, by all means get the usual 3 estimates. But make The Covered Window one of them.
And no, I'm not a family member nor previous person friend. I just wanted a quality yet not overpriced option with great friendly knowledgeable service for my nice new build home. Is that asking too much? ! Thankfully these folks didn't think so either.

James did all the window coverings in our whole house. The motorized shades and black out cell shades in the kids rooms were perfect for keeping the rooms dark and cool throughout the summer. Highly recommend!

Recently had blinds and a motorized shade installed by the covered window. Their office manager, Kelli, was extremely helpful and quick to respond. Our salesperson, Ryan, answered all of our questions and even came back when I had questions about a different type of product. Will definitely recommend to all of my friends and family!
