After getting an offer on a house accepted with a different realtor, I was not confident I got a good deal, I felt like I knew nothing. I just got the key of my house today. This is not my first time to buy a house, but this is my best experiences I ever have to work with a best realtor agent CHRISTY LE. She is very kind, patient, honest, knowledgeable in her field and fast responding. Whatever questions you have related to real estate, she will find the answers and explain for you very well. She took me to see houses over 3 months and finding the best deal. Beyond that she is extremely nice. I went to see the houses on Feb 1st, 2023 and got into a major car accident. She helped me gather all my personal belongings in the car and collected all the information of whoever involved in the car accidents while I was taken to emergency room immediately. She went to the hospital and stay until my relatives arrived to make sure I’m safe. I’m grateful with all her help to get my house and help me personally with my car accidents. If I could vote 10 stars for her, I would!

Chanier was absolutely God sent! He helped us find our 1st new home in less than 30 days. It’s so beautiful! We new it was the one (which he suggested we peek at) and apparently so did Chanier. He walked us through the process and made himself available to us to ensure we understood next steps and to answer any questions we had. We highly recommend Chanier if you’re looking for professionalism, attentiveness and overall good vibes (which is very necessary in the process of finding a home).

Mark was extremely attentive, and personally invested in helping us find the right home. Made several trips across town for showings and always responsive when we had questions during the process. We honestly initially thought we would do the leg work of picking homes to see from online resources but ultimately Mark found the home we purchased and it was not one we had even seen or known about.
