The Dump Furniture Outlet, Tempe AZ

We found exactly what we were looking for at a great price. Jim our salesperson was perfectly helpful and not at all pushy. We couldn't believe the selection and quality the store had to offer.

Salesman was one I worked with before. He was wonderful, Shad, was his name. He remembered me from 2 years ago when I bought mattresses. Other sales people were scarce. Much of the furniture (dressers) appeared flawed. I found few with drawers that opened nicely. I always loved the store but the dresser I did buy had no disclosure it had damage in the back. It should have been discounted and notic on sale tag. I'm thankful sales person told me he saw that as he wrapped the item for me. He came out into the parking lot to disclose to me. That was exceptional, and I'm grateful.

I imagine the store is affected by supply chain issues, and I hope quality and selection is better.

The ADA accessibility was poor. My 86 year old low vision mom found many impassable areas. It was sad to me. I did not see any electric carts for people to ride, but their access to items would be very limited.

Naomi Soterion was great, she gave me good options, she worked with my Schedule. She deserve a Raise. Am out of State, she made me comfortable.

Cody L.helped my daughter and I pick out a love srat. He was very kind and helpful. A very pleasant young man.

I needed an area rug so our new cat can play on it instead of our concrete floor, but I didn’t want to pay too much because I know he will probably pick at it and eventually destroy it.

The Dump had literally hundreds of reasonably priced rugs, including many beautiful ones on clearance for $199. I found the perfect 8x10 rug in a gorgeous palette that really brings my room together. Now I’m hoping the cat won’t ruin it, but if so, I’ll go back to The Dump next time I need one!

I’ll also recommend The Dump to anyone else who’s in the market for furniture and decor, because the showroom had a lot of nice-looking pieces and salesman Jim was super nice.

The salespeople! Super annoying. They need to hand out a sticker that says DO NOT TALK TO ME UNLESS I SEEK YOU OUT! We left because they were so annoying.

Got our dinning table here we absolutely love it especially the kiddos! The new table has become the new kick it spot The staff at The Dump was very friendly she was so helpful in finding the perfect table and delivered 2 days before Thanksgiving! Very good quality and great price would definitely recommend and will be back for our other rooms soon! Thank you Petra so much for the help!

Love the dump! Lots of great furniture to choose from and the staff is super helpful without being overbearing. I bought way too much and then went back for more! This place is dangerous, but in a good way!
