The Home Depot, Sierra Vista AZ

Bought a Samsun gas stove, paid over $1000 haven’t had it but 10days, ever installed and isn’t going to be compatible with my house and I’m stuck with it because they won’t exchange it!

This location (garden department) usually has in stock what you want. I would like to see employees try to be a little more enthusiastic and helpful. Just saying…Happy gardening!

I am not sure whats going on with this store. I loved home depot but not this one. I think management has to step up and do something. Seems like all the employees really do not want to work there. Are just there for their pay check. Example: One of the worker told me “You are not listening what I am saying” while I was trying to explain her what I was looking for. While it should be other way around. They should be willing to listen to customer to help them find what they are looking for. And other worker suggested “Go to ACE hardware coz they carries hardware for old stuff”. I dont know how to take it. What does even he was trying to say. Either he thinks he works in super fancy place or he is working their by force. Even my 7 old daughter asked me later in car that why were they being mean to me. It made me think if they were being racist. This is last time I am going to this home depot.

Service is good, good selection of products and prices are fair. One of my issues is they don’t use military discount for lumber. That would be like McDonald’s not giving a discount on hamburgers.

Home Depot is an over all great store, but just had this one issue.

My parents bought 4 large appliance and purchased the hime install as well. When the installers started to remove the old appliances and putting in the new ones. One of the gas outlets didn't have a shut off valve. He asked me to get a 1/2in one at the store since he didn't have the part. I found it strange that installers wouldn't carry parts for this reason.

I went to the Home depot asked the man the worked in appliance, he said the speak with the manager. I asked this nice young girl for the manager, the manager was in a meeting. Then she asked an older lady that worked there. I explained to the older lady what happened and if it's normal for installers to send customers to the store if they don't have the right parts to install. The older lady kept saying that I was "blessed' that they sent me to the store. And that my parents should have known to buy the part. But she wasn't the manager, so no point trying to explain more in detail of this minor issue.

I bought the 1/2in and gave it to the installer, he stated "maybe I wasn't clear, I needed the 1/2in inlet and something else for the outlet". He stated " it should mess with the pressure and work just fine".

Everything works, just fine. But in my opinion if you purchase the package to have it installed. You should have the parts and tools to install.

My parents also had scheduled to have new granite counter tops and a new AC installed. I didn't want them run into anymore issues with home depot, so those were canceled.

I like home depot, I would just stay away from those home services. Mainly because they are third parties and home depot didn't seem to help much.
The cashier was very friendly!

We are building a new house in Elgin. We have ordered many item using their app. We use curbside and delivery to get our items. The employees have been great to answer any questions we had. Their curbside pick-up is clunky and could use some fine tuning.

It's clean, and the air conditioner works. At this time in southern Arizona it makes a huge difference. The staff is cool, friendly and knowledgeable.

Today I needed to purchase the bolts to secure a toilet tank to the toilet bowl. Anyone would think this is a common part to a toilet. I go down the aisle where the plumbing repair items are and there are no bolts! There is a space for them but no inventory. So frustrating to find a common item for a toilet to be empty. Ended up going to Ace and I was successful to find what I needed. Next time I need a common part for anything I'll try Ace first.

Very nice ppl who work here. Never a day I come in, and someone asks if they can help me. Great customer service

Not you typical lay out of a HD store. A little hard to find sections but lots of help was available for pointing you in the right direction.

It feels like they’re always under staffed, it takes so long to get help doing anything. It happens every time I need help with an online order pickup I need

Home Depot Sierra Vista is just as expected. Employees and lots of them stand around talking with each other and act bothered when you ask for assistance. Checkout clerk seemed like she hated her job.

I always find what I need, not the friendliest of staff. They don't seem too interested in helping out

Clean easy to find stuff. I will say I was sad that I couldn’t find a watering can, but aside from that my visit was good.

Customer service reps help their customers I was able to find what I needed when I needed it

Every time I come to SV, this is my store for desert plants. Healthy selection of plants.
I know, the place in Tucson is awesome but I can load up my truck for a fraction.

Good store but bad customer service at times all depends on who you get to help you, but other than Lowes we have no other choice to shop. Only those two places.
