The Home Depot, Tucson AZ

I just wanted to take a minute and think James from the paint department. He was awesome. I needed 12 different colors of paint and he was extremely patient and kind. Very appreciated!

You should be discouraged going to the Home Depot no one would ever help you and you ask somebody said yeah we'll get somebody to help you no one ever showed up so it's been a few years I had to go back there what a change they greet you they help you if they can't they get somebody that knows what they're doing and everybody seems to know exactly where all their products are very happy and will continue to shop at Home Depot it's so sad that the blue guys lost my business because they're so rude especially the managers Home Depot got my business again

Great customer sevice. A few associates asked if I needed help finding anything. I said no, but then for fun started to laugh and say, just my husband! They were awesome and smiled and asked if they could page him. Good times!

Helpful, However just a bit low on certain items, more than likely related to Covid19. Still great service!

Everyone is very helpful and friendly. They go out of their way to make sure you find what you need.

Its home depot! Enough said. You needs a man cave when you can go to home depot and get lost for a couple hours haha

An okay hardaware store, that's if you don't mind being follow and watched via cameras even when you are outside waiting for your ride

Slow service. Takes time for representatives to assist you in the isles. Only one cashier at the time of my visit.

Always a clean and inviting environment. The staff are friendly and helpful. The prices are fair. Always have what I need and experienced staff waiting to help you.

The store app feature to show where an item is on the shelves and if in stock really improves the experience

Went to Home Depot to buy a new door handle. Found it a bit pricey but the selection was better compared to Walmart

The only bad thing about Depot is that the stores have varying inventory. Mid Town for example doesn't carry five minute drywall mud but Costco location does.

Amazing staff and team, but the GM does not offer a military discount. If you're looking for one, the Broadway location does.

The expert in plumbing Christine really knows her stuff, one of the other assoc.told me she didn't come in until 9: 30am i called and she gave me directions i ended up going to the store. She showed us how to take off the valve to be replaced on the wall for the toilet supply line. She also had me get some different parts a little less money.
This was at Home Depot on Costco dr.near Orange Grove and Thornydale!

Big box store of course but when you need help AND you find someone, they do their best to help.

No employees in store to help in garden, hardware. The women who check me out at cashiers line was very helpful.friendly, professional. Super nice.

Very difficult shopping effort. With a purchase order and small amount of product, it took 40 minutes to check out.

After spending many thousands of dollars, they no longer honor us Veterans with a discount. Never again for me.

Basic home depot with decent pricing staff that is nearly impossible to find and when you do find someone to help they either don't work in that department, so they nothing of what you are looking for. Or even worse they pretend they know what you are talking about and lead you on a wild goose chase.
