The Home Depot, Cave Creek AZ

I ordered online and Anne at customer service went above and beyond. I requested my item be measured so as to know if it would fit in my Suburban before I made an hour drive and she came through!

Clean but took three people to find sonething.inventory wrong in terms of location.was in there 25 minutes and when finally found location.item was out of stock.big box retailer problems I gyess

Not going there again. Lots of people without masks or using masks as a chin guard. Obviously no one cares.

The rental department was VERY helpful on a minor repair of a leaf blower that another vendor said it couldn't be fixed and wanted to sell me a new one! I'll go back

If you need something for home, garden, construction, landscaping or Handyman work, Home Depot has what your looking for and then some, plus a good rental department for tools tractors, bobcats, trailers for hauling and power tools, there customer service is very good, even if your exchanging or getting A refunding their willing to help you take care of it, thxs

They were pretty busy so it took awhile to get a person. Once I did the sales people were helpful and very friendly.

I am a pro customer who buy items over the phone 3 times a week. The pro account manager for this store could not handle this transaction. I dont know how a manager doesn't know how to process sale over the phone. But i will take my business elsewhere.

I love this Home Depot! The people there are so friendly and helpful. The greeter, Nick, knows where everything is and always has a smile on his face. It is my favorite Home Depot.

Home depot needs to get their inventory act together. I drove 40 minutes to pick up a rug they said they had 50 in stock however when got their no one could find them then after 30 minutes of following someone around they told me guess they never received them.

Busy place with plenty of Hardware items tools paint Electrical Plumbing flooring Etc also a garden department somewhat helpful staff gets dirty at times sometimes a line to check out.

Worst customer service ever. The store was empty with 5 employees up front doing nothing and I could not get help after asking 2 employees. The kid at customer service thought this funny and laughed and danced as I complained. When I explained to my 15 year old this is not how you treat a customer the kid responded "uh oh.another complaint against me" (sarcastically and not concerned). Obviously the manager condones flippant, disrespectful employees. When I spoke with the manager it was like talking to a deer in headlights.
