The Home Depot, Avondale AZ

I went in and asked where the restroom was. Immediately the nice lady said "aisle 9 at the back. " Then I asked where i could find a hand truck and she again replied immediately telling me which aisle to find it. The restroom was clean and well-maintained, and at the checkout counter there was even an employee sanitizing the self-checkout in between customers. Great experience.

The checkout line starts 50 feet away so nobody realizes what it's for, so they need 3 cashiers running around telling people not to use self checkout, go to the line, meanwhile there were 3 unoccupied self checkout stations. The wait isn't long but it would probably be non-existent if they didn't do this. Besides that the store is fine

As soon as I got to the store I was friendly greeted with a smile. I was buying a part for my dad, and didn’t really know what I was doing. Within minutes I was asked if I needed help by an elderly gentleman working there. He waited with me until another employee could help me with what I was looking for. I was super impressed by the amazing service and so thankful:)

The gentleman in the electrical section was a huge help. The cashier was a little slow but it was her first day back. Overall, excellent job was done by all involved.

If I wanted to work there I would apply no one there to run registers all automated so you have no choice to have to do your self I nor my employees will be back have more important things to do besides being a cashier welcom Lowe's

I found a solar powered yard light, I'm using it to light up steps. The light kit came with a 30' plug in wire, the sun is a problem, wrong place in the winter. It works good.

The reason I give 3 stars instead of 5 is because you can never find help when you need it. Otherwise it’s a great store

Visit this Home Depot for all my needs whether it's for work or home. They always have great service and friendly staff. Values are good for what's purchased the majority of the time. Definitely will continue to purchase from here.

It seems that while the store is well stocked the employees seem to spend more time talking to one another than taking care of customers.

Robert and Nate helped me tremendously by teaching me how to repair my vertical blinds! They were both very knowledgeable and happy to answer all my questions. Thank you both!

Home Depot is Home Depot. Has everything you need and more. The only thing I could never find is an employee to help me!

WHERE DID THESE BAGS COME FROM WHO MADE THEM.
THE PRICE WAS PRETTY EXPENSIVE FOR ONE BAG THAT I SAW I WOULD HAVE SUGGEST 3 BAGS FOR THAT PRICE.
BUT WHO CAN I RELATE THIS MESSAGE TO.

I had a couple of questions and getting them answered was not a problem at all. I would not go 3 aisles without seeing an associate ready to help. The Christmas decor is in point

I usually go to this Home Depot location, passing other home improvement stores along the way. But after the service I received today, I will have to go elsewhere. I asked one of the workers for the location of a part. Due to the fact that he didn't pay much attention to me, he pointed me to the wrong part. I will have to go to Lowe's now to get what I need.

Good store and some very nice & helpful sales associates. I liked how they all seemed to know exactly where everything was located even though it may not have been their department.

I have been shopping for 20 years at this location. Over all, pretty happy with my shopping experience at this location.
Rebuilt several homes through the years but only recently I have been having trouble getting materials I need for our current rebuild.
I would like to say the employees are quite helpful when you can track one down.

Typically no one in the lumber area to help. I helped an older lady because she had been waiting 10 minutes for someone to help her.

I go to home depot for tools, it was ok, but not enough help, to, to many people buying, workers doing there best to help costumers.not to hire more workers.

Standard big box hardware store, usually has a good selection for the professional or the amateur. Staff use same product location app as is available to the public so often aren't much help.
