There is a line of trucks 3 blocks out. I've waited an hour and 20 minutes, and only 3 trucks have gone in gate. What the _? Home depot, you need better planning

Been several times and never had a problem checking in. Ok there's dedicated drivers that have priority I understand that but don't send me.to go all the way around and go back out to start up again after the swift driver arrived after me. Don't put three sections of where trucks can pull in. Some guards are cool some are butts. Be aware.

Why do we have to wait for the guards to give us the go ahead while swiftdrivers just pass us. This place sucks

Easy in and easy out for drop and hook. Clean place and easy to back in anywhere. Guard shack was very friendly.

Horrible the staff didn't care to help way to many druggies out in the front went there and felt unsafe me and my husband just want to rush out as fast as we can honestly will stick with lows way better service the staff care and will go the extra mile to help you and make sure your experience is fantastic. Unlike Home Depot where the staff was hard to find and didn't care on helping the only nice person that said anything to us was the girl at the exit saying have a great night!

It is best when ordering something to be delivered to a store that you allow three weeks for this RDC to process.
RDC mean “rapid distribution center” right?

If you need it faster send it to your house. FedEx and ups are more reliable and you can even have it held at those locations if you want to pick it up.

Here, no one can pick anything up.

Waste of time applying for this company they always have 100s of interviews a day and still won’t hire no one just a waste of time. For me it means this is not a good company to work
Forthey keep hiring people all the time that means people keep quitting. Smh

Heres a crazy idea.when you say you will have a load ready by 0800, how about having it ready. You do know a drivers time is important too. I'm also lost as to why Swift "Best in crash" is entitled to head of the line privileges. We are all doing your loads to the stores

Dropping and hook trailer. Easy in and out anytime no appointments, security guards super nice.

Could be a great place to work but because of high turnover as a result of lots of physical labor, it is a continuous exhaustion of new hires. They would rather spend endless amount of resources into training new people than to retain and expedite freight. I have never in my life experienced such a high rate of turnover of employee's. They are so desperate for new hires that a joke going around is. "If You Have A Heartbeat, You Too Can Be Hired For 90 Days"!

I went to work for Home Depot RDC right after I retired from the military. They say that they love the military but my OM was I guess jealous of me so they did everything they could to push me out. I turned to my GM and my HR for help but it fell on deaf ears. They walked me out on my 1 year anniversary. I turned to the Corp office for help, and they did some investagation and said they were justified in fireing me. Brianna, the GM, is the worst GM to work for. She and the HR, Kim will stab you in the back. Because of those 2 I will never set foot into a home depot again, and I tell all my family, friends, and other service members to never shop there. They dont care one bit about military.
