I can understand an alternative health organization not taking insurance. What I don't understand is having to pay money up front before even being able to schedule an appointment. 100 dollars just to secure an appointment is bad business. They did offer to allow me to come in and see the office before hand but why would I want to do that without an appointment? Never been billed before a service in my life. They say it's a security deposit to get on the doctors schedule. What?

My experience with THZ has been great! Finally after so many years of being undermedicated for my thyroid (and the lack thereof), I'm seeing progress and feeling better. Dr. Call is awesome. Office staff are excellent.

Feeling a lot better, since going one month to the Hormone Zone. I sleep better, clearer mind, less depressed, and have more energy. Plus my hair has stopped falling out. Dr. Call has been attentive to my health issues and has really helped me.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Robinson for 4 years. When I first came to the Hormone Zone I was constantly feeling sick, bloated, and tired. A few years prior I had my thyroid removed (cancer risk), my hormones were out of whack and I had been told I may not be able to have children.

Fast forward to today. After seeing Dr. Robinson and getting on the right thyroid medication dosage as well as supplements and vitamins (my body had been so depleted previously!), I was able to lose 30lbs! Dr Bosch is amazing! She is thorough, thoughtful, motivating, and kind. The whole team is great as they are all very attentive and helpful. When meeting with the doctor, I never feel rushed, which is so extraordinary. There are so many options and the treatments help me tremendously and are easy to follow.

Felt the main doctor, Dr. Robinson was extremely judgemental. Also I was given a price quote and every single visit the price kept increasing at every visit. Was not a fan and decided to go somewhere else. Highly disappointed
