Great for filming! So many interesting rooms to work with. The new owners are artists and filmmakers as well, so they're sensitive to the needs of creative types. I also hear this place is popular with weddings. There's definitely plenty of space for a sizable event, with enough room to have a chapel section and completely different reception area.

Honestly, this space could be anything from an art gallery to a house of horror. All it needs is your imagination.

Beautiful, interesting venue. Went to a wedding there. Most notably only saw two bathrooms for over 100 people. There might be more, but I didn't see it. It's super industrial, but fell short of beautiful because the owner seems to have done some of the stuff on the cheap. It could be so much more.

Perfect venue for the perfect wedding! We got married here on 2/20/21 and are still buzzing from the day/night. Jayme is seriously incredible. We had our eyes set on this place from day 1 because obviously it's beautiful. Wondering why every photo you see is beautiful? Jayme. She has such an amazing eye for what looks great and her experience in this space really shows. My wife came prepare with an overwhelming amount of Pinterest boards to share her ideas and Jayme wasn't worried about anything in the slightest. What we loved about this venue outside of the obvious is that Jayme manages the entire setup, decorating and breakdown. I have to believe that she can turn the venue into whatever vibe you're going for.

A plus was that our Day-of Planner, Kristi Bearden with Party Bliss, works really well with Jayme. Together they pull off amazing events and we're so lucky to have found them both.

This place is an amazing historic venue for almost any event. I've been coming to events here for more than 20 years. From weddings, birthdays and EDM events, this place can handle it.

This place is spectacular if you're looking for an amazing place to get married this is the spot! Im hoping to get married here some day!

This wedding venue is an industrial dream! It's spacious and allows a lot of versatility in how you use the space. It's an iconic Phoenix venue and one of the most unique venues in all of Arizona. It photographs beautifully!
