The Joint Chiropractic, Avondale AZ

I always wanted to see a chiropractor and I found the joint and let me tell you, it was the best experience I ever had I been a member for a while now. They greet you and make sure your needs are met. I like to see Dr. Smith and Dr. Scott. You won’t be disappointed

The front desk new lady said it would be 5-10 mins and it had been 20 mins or more. She didn't say longer nor explain it would take longer. She even didn't mention the new patients go first. She needs to explain these things instead of us just being clueless. Once I brought it to her attention, she had no empathy nor did she apologize. Then she said we had to wait another 40 mins. Although, when we said we would come back later. She proceeded to yell out that it's going to still be busy later. As if she was trying to be rude and she handled this very unprofessionally. She was the lady with no glasses and red hair and I had never seen her there before.

UPDATE TO THE REPLY BELOW: Not only was there a miscommunication. It was also the way she handled it. Getting loud with me, no empathy, she didn't apologize, nor tried to resolve the issue. I will never go back there again. I would rather drive 30 mins everytime to see my go to chiropractor or miss 2 days. Before I ever go to this location again.

So far I really enjoy the Joint. I like that it’s only walk-ins, so it’s always available for my crazy schedule.

Went there for years, stopped my account with them. Tried to go back in today, drove 30 mins to the location waited 10 mins to be able to check to be told that they close in 45 mins and since I had t seen them in over a year I count as a new patient so they wouldn't see me today because the exam takes 30 minutes. Terrible service will not go back ever again!

I had severe stiffness and pain in my neck and shoulder blade area. I was a bit skeptical when I came in. After my first session I felt immediate relief from pain and stiffness. Thank you to all the Doctors that have helped me! I believe in what you guys do here at the Joint!

I've had hip pain for 5 years and have seen two previous chiropractors for the same issues with no relief. Dr A fixed my hip pain on the first visit. He's awesome!

The team was very considerate and mindful of my issue today and always. I know that whether my problem is small or large I can count in the Joint for help and relief. Thank you.

Fiance got adjusted.walked in with a cane and was able to walk out without one.not a long wait until he was seen.they had a great staff at the counter who helped us get on a plan that worked for us. We will definitely be coming back!

I was in Phoenix visiting family and happened to stop in to this Avondale location. I have seen many chiropractors in my life, and there hasn't been anyone even REMOTELY close to the quality of work that Dr Scot provides. He was able to adjust parts of my back that had never been done correctly before and I walked out like a new woman. I wish I could steal him and bring him to Denver to replace my normal chiropractor! Haha. You won't be disappointed, I highly recommend Dr Scot!

Tried this place after our old Dr retired. We (wife and I) left feeling worse.for several days.

When I first started going to the Avondale office I could barely walk and Dr. Ami did wonders in my hip and mid back area. I also see Dr. Scott and he is amazing. He treats the source of the problem and makes sure I don't walk out of the office with pain. I strongly recommend this place.

The adjustment was too fast. Wish they asked more questions to find out what I needed. I was in and out of there in 7 minutes and so was another person.
I prefer the one on i-17 much better

I have always had issues with my neck to the point I was getting headaches everyday. I started going to The Joint in Queen Creek which is the closest location to me as I live in Queen Creek and they did a decent job, however, I still had headaches everyday. I ended up being close to The Joint in Avondale so I decided to go and saw Dr. Scott. Without me having to tell him, he asked how frequently I get headaches where I told him I get them everyday. He then did something very surprising and pushed in the exact spot where I get headaches. He ended up doing an occiput adjustment where I went from having headaches everyday to maybe one every two weeks. I now drive well over an hour just to see Dr. Scott rather than going to the convenient location ten minutes from my house. My neck is not perfect but has significantly improved since seeing Dr. Scott.

Love everyone here, they're all very friendly and knowledgeable! Dr Scot rocks! Ask him for his migraine fix!

Dr. Scot rocks! I get migraines fairly frequently. I stop in to see Dr. Scot, he does this "big" move on my neck and my migraine is gone within a few hours! I've been going to chiropractor for years and both Dr. Joe and Dr. Scot are awesome!

Dr Scott is amazing he takes his time, does a check up from toe to head and ajustes as needed. Highly recommend if anyone is in the area.

I have been seeing Dr. Scot at the Avondale location for about 2 years. I initially came in because I was having pain and tingling in my right hand and wrist as well as pain and tightness in my neck and shoulder. I no longer have any of these issues and my back has not gone out since I started chiropractic care with Dr. Scot. I would definitely recommend him! He’s great!

AMAZING. Dr. Scot is amazing. Just the right amount of aggressive. I always walk out feeling refreshed.
