Josh Berkley and Brian Carey sold my home in Tucson at the first of April. Josh and Brian are both so professional and both have a solid understanding of the current Market. They worked together to get the best price and handled all negotiations with my best interest in mind. Even when the first buyer backed out, they simply handled it and got my home back on the market quickly. They carefully explained options and gave the me the best advice. We got an over list price offer and were able to help the buyer with closing costs! It was a Win-Win for all involved.
