Had my first appt today with Paloma. I got classic lashes for an upcoming trip that I will be taking. I’ve had my lashes done many times and I’ve tried a few different places, but today was different. It was only my first time meeting Paloma and she was so nice and made me feel right at home. You can tell right away that she is a genuine person and she takes her time to make sure that everything is just right. I couldn’t be more happy with the outcome and I have already booked for my 2nd visit. Thanks for everything, Paloma; you made this mama bear feel beautiful today!

Paloma is super professional, kind and gentle! She made the whole process very comfortable and enjoyable, I got a classic set of lashes, it’s natural looking and I really like it. We’ve talked about me possibly getting a volume set next time for a fuller look, and I’m already excited to see how its is going to look!

SHE IS SOOOOOO GOOD! I was so nervous about getting lashes because I've seen people with spiderweb looking lashes and hear horror stories of REAL lashes becoming scare over time. I was more worried about the health of my lashes and concerned about maintenance as I'm more of a tomboy myself when it comes to that. She was suer professional with addressing my concerns. She reassured me with proper lash extension treatment that the health of my actual lashes would be ok, what to expect the first time around, and was pretty thorough about maintenance. After my first set, aesthetically I was so pleased and she even followed up to check up on my afterward. I have received so many compliments and people are often question if they are real, my favorite! I honestly thought it might be a one time deal or maybe special occasions but I've had regular fills since and can't imagine going without! It's fun to ask her for recommendations and she can change up the shape, color, curve, and length. The cherry on top is that she's also a great human, can't recommend her enough.

Absolutely wonderful experience. Right as I walk in, the Lash Gal welcomes me with a smile with outstanding art surrounding. I received a facial which hydrated, cleansed, and frankly made my skin looking silky smooth. Paloma seems to be outstanding in her craft and made me just feel comfortable. I LOVE my lashes by The Lash Gal! Ive been getting my lashes done for many years. I moved out to Phoenix not too long ago and was SO happy to find The Lash Gal! She is fantastic! Her work is amazing! She is so gentle I can literally fall asleep while she does my lashes! She offers different styles of lashes too! I get a more natural look, I look like me only waaaay better!
