Unbelievable! My daughter met with an attorney on Thursday January 13,2020 and was told that because her response was due she would need to pay extra. She paid $5,500 and because she heard from no one 5 days later (today) she called them! NO ONE EVEN LOOKED AT HER CASE! I want to report this office to the State Bar of Arizona. I’ve been a paralegal for over 30 years and have NEVER treated a paying client so poorly! Malpractice to the worst degree!
Edit: I’ve changed my rating from one star to four. When an actual attorney called my daughter back on Wednesday she was very knowledgeable about the law and the response that was drafted was very well written and demonstrated their knowledge of the law. I would have given five stars but because the managing partner said their paralegals would be working all weekend to get the paperwork ready but five days after the meeting the paralegal had only then started to work on it. The paralegal was very professional and polite.

I got a letter in the mail from the firm a day or two after being charged. I went in for a free consultation. I chatted with an associate attorney and a paralegal (who seemed to know as much as the attorney) for a little over an hour. They wanted an $8500 retainer for negotiating a favourable plea deal (the case was never going to court). Their offices were in a seedy office park located in a nondescript part of town.

This review is for the whole Snader team! They have been defending and I say protecting me for just about a year now! The whole team is on point! I admire Howard and his team! I strongly listen to their advice. My case has been a very interesting one and I’m facing some serious charges! They even keep my parents at ease that are over 2200 miles away! Not many can do that!
