I am a property manager for an Asian friend of mine we Had to evict a very obnoxious tenant and they were going to try everything they could against us to either stop or delay the proceedings they even tried intimidating and threatening the property owner to accept partial rent. I called the person who answered the phone doesn't want to take information of the situation I have he wants me to pay $250 and talk to lawyer not even knowing my situation.
