Wanted to look into this place to move in but after seeing the reviews & how unprofessional they seem & don’t fix what they promise? It’s a BIG NEVERMIND

I currently moved into my new residence here November 8,2023 building #1. When I moved here.the company were CalCalp management they informed me that this was the 6, management and they were getting fired. Currently there new management chamber and associate. Me and the manager had did move in inspection of my unit. We both had looked the cleaning lady did not speak no English or neither the maintenance guy. My kitchen and my appliances for my kitchen. Do not work @ all the microwave the stovetop the dishwasher was full of mold and rusted out. And the refrigerator had really bad knits and roaches inside of the inside of my refrigerator. Really nasty, awful and filthy ugh. And also since I am currently a new tenant, I was very disappointed because my unit has a lot of plumbing issues and water problems. Both of my bathrooms have have issues the bathroom in my bedroom master does not run normal at all it drizzle when I turn it on. The water pressure in both bathrooms are very low. It takes 20 minutes for the water to get hot on one side of my apartment. Faucet needs to be replaced shower head has mold. My monthly rent base rental $2,135.00.still can't get no help. I as a current tenant having commuting with the leasing office and management the new management the issue that my apartment has been having and I can and I cannot get any repairs fixed in my unit and also it is unsafe to live here due to repairs. I'll be looking for another place to live. Sadly take your money and won't do any repairs save you're money's. They have better community due to the bathroom and plumbing and water issues I can have we can even take a regular shower, normal shower or a bath. Sadly

PLEASE DO NOT RENT HERE! READ BELOW!

2 UNITS ARE CURRENTLY BLOCKED OFF AND HAVE HAZARDOUS SIGNS UP FOR ASBESTOS! CAREFULLY WALK THE PROPERTY SO YOU CAN SEE THE REALITY OF RENTING HERE AND NOT BE BLINDED BY THE PHOTOS ON THEIR WEBSITE!
** The ac has been off for WEEKS (TEMPS IN THE UNIT REACH ABOVE 80 DEGREES-RECENT RESIDENTS HAVE MOVED OUT DUE TO MOLD IN THEIR UNIT- THIS PLACE DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR RESIDENTS! And the leasing office (new management once again) said someone will be out to fix it and it hasnt happened. The car port is still hanging on its last leg as well. This is a danger to residents and the children who live here**

The parking structure south of the leasing office fell over on its own 11.11.2023 and the residents near that area tried to contact Emergency Maintenance and received no response. This is a new Management company and more than 8 of us tried to contact the number we were given and no response. This complex has been under new management more than 3 times in the past 2 years we've been here and I hate to see what will come next with this new company as they are unresponsive. Save your money and time trying to lease here. There are people moving out left and right because of how poorly managed this place is and how they don't care to fix issues with units. This property is about to lose another faithful and honest paying resident over their carelessness and I hope people see this review as a warning and take it into consideration not to move here. The owners of this property should be ashamed

Residents here let their kids run wild. They dry their clothes on the fence and use a portable washer and let the water run into the grass so we have to smell their dirty clothes water every day. They also have a fire pit they store under the stairs and when they use it they just dump the ashes into the grass. It’s so trashy. Management doesn’t care. So happy to be leaving soon.

I am a current resident. I moved in around early July. Even since the new property management took over, everything here has gone significantly downhill. I have had several maintenance requests out right ignored, and an overall lack of concern from the staff is obvious. Every time I have gone to the leasing office during business hours to speak with a staff member, the door is look and the room is empty, the phone goes straight to voicemail. The pool is almost never open now, and the bbq grill in the courtyard that I used regularly was inexplicably removed with no notice. Most of the grounds are completely torn apart from “plumbing” work they seem to have been doing for the past FOUR MONTHS. They will also shut the water off to the entire complex while doing this work, sometimes for a whole day. Sometimes with little to no warning. One of the worst things they have done is shut the air conditioning off for the winter months, even though some days still get up to 85 degrees. I end up wasting more power using all my fans than I ever would if they just let me use my A/C. The absolute worst however, is their souless ability to allow police to rampage a person’s space when they are evicted. I have watched multiple residents abused and arrested by local police for not vacating a space in time. To do this in the middle of the day, or even evening is absolutely demonstrable. Disgusting, I would never recommend living here. Not only because it’s horrible, but because it is run by horrible people. And for any employees currently “working” here, if you have any respect for yourself or have even the smallest level understanding for how empathy works, you should probably find a new gig soon.

They keep turning off the water every week, the central A/C does not cool below 80 degrees, there are indeed bugs.

I live here and have been for 27 years. Might be last year due to either ownership or management. What once was a wonderful place to I I've, the types of people they are renting to is destroying the complex.

This is a great comfortable place to live however there are a lot of complications with the property usually every couple months to a year is switches ownership meaning you and it with the new landlord on top of that right now you would have to deal with having no water every week so that they can fix the water which is improving the property however it is definitely an inconvenience for the people who are already my recommendation is if you don't mind having to deal with all the complications and irritations that come with the property it will be a great place to live they do accept pets as far as I know because I have pets they do work with you for the most part

I have been a resident here for over 8 years and my experience has been a mix of positive and negative alike, as with any complex. To be fair though, it has been issues beyond their control and they are working diligently to repair any and all problems. I feel safe here and have had a positive experience with the residents of this community. I must also mention Angie, the office manager. She is an exemplary woman and an asset to this property. She is friendly and kind, as well as efficient. She has gone the extra mile to assist with any issues that I have faced as a resident.
Her efforts should be commended. Thank you Angie, for your sunny disposition and for raising the bar in creating a positive experience here at The Lennox! Your efforts have not gone unnoticed and you are highly appreciated!

I have been living here for 13 years Never have any issues! But for the last 2 years it’s been the worst experience I have ever see! The AC unit for the whole apartment complex has been not working over 10 days, and we haven’t heard nothing from the management they don’t even bother and send an email for us to know when it’ll be fixed.they always have the water issue never fixing this problem, anytime we go to the office there’s new people at the office they can’t even stay longer than 4 weeks they have so much problems in this complex need to be fixed.
I have damage in my balcony floor the wood it’s been broken for over 8 months we have told them over 10 times every new management comes never got fixed…
This apartment, not recommended To anyone trying to move here.

I moved to this place 6 months ago, it has been the worst place I’ve ever lived so far. No AC and water every Friday and the apartment are very old, no good service, no maintenance, office is always closed. Can’t wait to move out of this place.

Always or AC it’s not working the temperature it’s over 80 and it’s never been like that or AC for the last 5 years I’m living here this it’s the first year or AC always not working and they not doing anything about it it’s been over one month we are having this problem with the AC

This last week, I've been thinking about renting here. So I made inquiries about what fees and costs are charged and their tenant criteria (e.g, income 3x the rent), and I requested it via email, in writing. The rep, Allison B, refused to tell me, said I could put in an application and pay the $50 application fee, and then they'd let me know. She said she forwarded my request to her "associate. "

SMH. So they think I'm going to pay $50 to find out how what they're charging for their apartment and what the income requirements are? (Insert two little words here, the first being four letters followed by "off. ") This is what happens when you give realty investment corporations and landlords unfettered oversight of tenant fees, and these corporations need to be outed for their sleezy practices. Thus, this review.

I'd stay far, far away from shady practices like this. It has quickly become a common Arizona tactic among landlords, especially corporate landlords, trying to soak prospective tenants and get free gravy money for application fees. Buyer beware.

The new management team has been great to work with since taking over the property. They are a lot more responsive to maintenance requests. I am excited to see what they do to transform the community.

The new owner and new onsite management are really good at responding to maintenance requests on time. They are definitely doing much better job than the previous ones.

I wish there was an option to do zero stars but one will do. To start off maybe a week after moving in, our microwave and kitchen light stopped working. After requesting maintenance for almost 2 months they finally came out and said "yep the whole kitchen needs to be torn apart" they never came back after that. I had an entire laundry basket full of clothes stolen. Multiple packages stolen from my doorstep. Then our kitchen started to leak. The pipes underground burst and it took a few days to fix. About a week later our entire apartment floods. I'm not talking a little water leak, I'm talking 2 or 3 inches of water throughout the entire apartment. We lost thousands of dollars worth of our stuff. The apartment refused to reimburse us. They sent us to an awful hotel to live in for almost 2 weeks. We had to move to another apartment upstairs that was smaller and and was definitely lacking in quality. The apartment assured us our rent would be lowered. It wasn't. Now we live in this apartment for the next few months and our shower floor is literally collapsing. I advise anyone who is looking around for an apartment to stay clear of hear

Yes I am very happy with the repair and resurfacing of my shower in my apartment I would like to thank everyone for there work on getting the repair done and I appreciate all the work that maintenence department did as well great job

Terrible management and even worse maintenance. If you’re looking for showers that barely work and facilities that are sub par- this is the place for you. On the last review I left it said I didn’t show as a resident at the complex- that should just show how unorganized this whole operation is.
