THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE RENT KEEP GOING UP MY UNIT DONT HAVE NOTHING IN IT NEW I WAS TOLD I NEEDED RENTER INSURANCE THAT I PAY OUT MY ACCOUNT AN IS BEING CHARGED EVERY MONTH WITH RENT THE HOT WATER DONT GET HOT ITS WARM NEVER NO PARKING LATELY THE POLICE IS THERE EVERY DAY NOT SAFE ANYMORE HARD TO GET THINGS FIXED

I have been here for 8 months already. They will work with you in the beginning, that's lovely but doesn't last and month after month they will give you an attitude about PTP (promise to pay). But the new girl oh man It's similar to trying to have a conversation with a young teenager. Someone who's going to cut you off every second that you try and ask them a question, say the same thing over and over, like the conversation is going some where oh yeah regardless of the time I've tried 3 days in a row calling three different times throughout the day from 9 a.m. 4 p.m. They didn't pick up or give a call back if a voice-mail is left

Please do not move here it’s a bad place to live they change management every other month plus they recently tried to evict me illegally by getting the judge to sign paperwork for October and November rent when November wasn’t even around. Something fishy about this management on top of that when I first moved in my ac unit leaked all the way to the front door and it took them over a year and half to even fix it. It’s not worth it I would never live here again. The rent is way too high and all they do is increase the rent every year

I am truly happy with the way things happened with us transitioning into a 3 bedroom Victoria has been a good send angel with this entire process I truly appreciate everything you have done to make this process smooth I look forward to continuing our business and I really just want to say thank you

They don't answer their emails ignore emails they just gave me a 5 day notice but doesn't respond when emails are sent to them. I have only been here a month and I'm not sure I like it anymore. I was very happy to move in and I am happy living here but they aren't responding to my messages. I have health issues and hard to walk downstairs to the office!

This is a low income property. Just looking at the property you will see pot hole, trash next to garage can, and the pool are cloudy. The rent is two high for the location. If you are looking for a place to just sleep this is perfect, but if you want to call it a temporary home then this is not the place.

My friend lived here and this place is a friggin joke. Don't move here unless you want to live in a shoebox sized, roach infested place with little to no parking if you get home after the sun goes down.

Why they never answer the phone! And I have been tell them to fix some problems in my apt and they haven’t been here or say something about they just keep ignoring!

This place is horrid I have bugs all the time and they say they will take care of it and never do I've been there 4 months and still have no hot water. You also need a parking permit to even park and was told that after 4 months of living there and my car being tagged by tow company so you can't have guest cause they have a chance of being towed or tagged at night. The people in the office are the laziest unprofessional people I've ever interacted with and maintenance is non existent. If it was an option I would give negative 10 stars

Yeah this place is terrible I waited for half hour and 45 minutes around that for somebody to come to the office the office was supposed to be open and it was not I waited until 6: 00 p.m. And nobody still didn't show up all the lights were on and this place was dirty and nobody cared about anybody I give it a very much of a dislike

Had an incident this morning where my window got broken. Maintenance took it down and left me without a window all day long. When we called to find out if they would fix it, we were told not having a window in the front of our apartment did not constitute an emergency

Apartment complex where a friend lives. A little worn around the edges, but reasonable clean grounds well manicured secure parking

I've only been here a couple months and had to put in multiple work orders. These apartments are trash and not worth the money. If u like really hot baths and showers don't come here. These apartments does not have hot water. Its slightly hot and they will tell that's good enough. The office was really nice in the beginning but they don't care. I'm stuck in a lease and can't leave but I will not renew.

Was only there for a short period period of time, before sundown. While there for about 15 minutes, I was robbed by a black gentleman posing to get my attention off of him and my surroundings, so he would snatch my wallet, and run! Of course, the neighbors are about as worthless as you can be, cause they didn’t even want to answe what direction the man ran. Worthless people and place!

My car was towed from there for no reason and had been there for a very short time. A person should be allowed a without the car being towed right away. Quik tow trolls that lot just to tow cars. Thieves

Typical ghetto apartment complex. Cheap apartments that lack imagination on floor plans and decor dont look for the amenities cause there are none.

So I'm going to start my rating at 5 stars. This is a really rough year for me in a rough time in 2020, Laura, Nathan, and Diana have been nothing but polite and amazing so far and I haven't even moved in yet. I cant wait to finally get some stress off my shoulders and be able to have a place to call mine again that is affordable. The fact that the office staff are already so polite and easy to contact and talk to has me smiling. My last place was a little rough so it will be nice to have a fresh start!

This is my first apartment and I have to say I am disappointed the day we moved in there was no shower head and the bathroom wall had mold which I didn't know at first until a relative of mine noticed it also the stove was in horrible condition covered in grease stains and was leaking oil the entire time I been here the pilots were not lit even the refrigerator was nasty caked up with nasty stuff under the tray in the freezer ALL OF THESE ISSUES THEY FAILED TO FIX MY STOVE WAS NEVER REPLACED THEY CLAIM NOT TO KNOW THE REASON WHY SO I HAD TO LIVE LIKE THIS FOR THE PAST YEAR I think they are careless and all about the money to busy remodeling the property to draw people in but on the inside everything is outdated and barely functions BEWARE future residents! Looks can be deceiving I will never live here again so happy to find a better property with better management and MAINTENANCE AS WELL

This place is bitter-sweet.
On one hand, the office staff are professional and respectful. You rarely get that in rental properties. They take care of the landscaping, did a good job remodeling and although my apartment appliances could really be updated, the apartment itself it pretty decent.

On the other hand, there are a few apartments near me that sell drugs, so there are always people going in and out and hanging outside between 8pm and 5am and watching me and my family and guests like we did something wrong to them. My kids feel so uncomfortable even checking the mail for me.
Other tenants that I've seen buy drugs from the drug dealets do nothing but sit and do drugs outside and talk about people walking past who are trying to mind their business and go to work. There is a park in the other section, but I refuse to let my kids go play, because of the drugs being done out there. I could care less that people are doing drugs, it's their behavior I can't stand.
And when having to walk past those apartments with bags of groceries, the females refuse to move just to get a rise out of you and the guys blow weed smoke into my kids direction when walking past.
We hate having to walk past them to get to the car, but with the gate locked now, we have no choice.
Parents don't watch their kids outside and their kids run their scooters into our doors and throw footballs that hit our windows.
I like this place, but because of the unbearable tenants, the more than few, we've decided not to renew our lease once it ends.
Maybe in the future when those people get themselves kicked out.
I gave this place 4 stars, because they do a good job. It's the tenants that mess it up.

First of please don't tall me to talk to the people in the office. Been hear for 6 mouths no not water all the office. Says we're working on it FOR 6 MOUTHS really bugs ask to be spray they did not good I had to get someone in here my toilet ways plugged want to office Saturday. 1: 15 they come on Thursday at 8: 30 at night I called Sunday and paid for it told your office they said oh were sorry and dropped the go thing work order are a JOKE my lease can't get here fast enough there's so much going bad here don't thank you people even care you have hot water to hell with use
