Came in to this location because of a sudden hearing loss in one ear. The primary treatment for this hearing loss is a high dose steroid. The NP there was not familiar with this medical issue and wasn't interested in exploring the possibility. I was told to go home and take Flonase for my allergies. Please ask your staff to become familiar with "idiopathic sudden sensorineural hearing loss, " so perhaps the next patient who presents with this issue will receive proper medical care! Timely and proper care may make the difference between a complete recover or permanent deafness in the afflicted ear. Do not just assume that every patient who looked up their symptoms on Google is wrong!

The NP at this location doesn't fully listen to your needs, pain, etc. I haven't improved with the medication I paid for that she prescribed, and I will be making an appointment with my primary to get the right treatment needed.

I was sitting in the clinic at Ray and Rural. They were closed for lunch, so I went online to schedule an appointment while sitting in the waiting area. The appointment ended up being booked for a clinic 5 miles north.

Both clinics are on the same street. I guess I assumed they would offer the closest clinic first, but they didn't. It wasn't until I arrived back at the clinic I was sitting in when I scheduled the appointment that the error was found. The clinic I was at, the one I thought I had scheduled the appointment for, didn't have any available appointments for walk-in patients. The person at the reception desk wasn't helpful at all. She just kept repeating the appointment was for a different location. Her tone seemed "Who cares".

I've read other reviews on here. The lack of empathy from a staff that deals with sick people is very disappointing. Someone needs to train this staff better and how ever writes the code for their website needs to get their head out of their @$$. It's a rookie mistake, not one that should be made for a large corporation.

The Little Clinic was a life saver for me. I didn't even know they were there. Service was great!
