The Lost and Found Resale Interiors, Scottsdale AZ

The store has some great finds, in fact, I was eyeing a few items, specifically an outdoor furniture set, and a pricey, beautiful, teak MCM dining set - but the staff didn’t acknowledge me, at all, despite looping around twice. In fact, I didn’t see them greet one customer. The 3 ladies sat at checkout chit chatting, with each other. I didn’t want to bother them so I left. Shame, I really did love that set.

Update - I love a no pressure environment, but there is a difference b/w no pressure & no acknowledgment. A simple "Hi, welcome to our store - if you need help please let us know" is all you need. 3 ladies, chatting up front, ignoring everyone who walks in and walks past is objectively rude.

Staff could have been a bit more attentive to their customers. I don't mind a quick "Hi how are you? " or a "anything I can help you find? ". Everything was neatly organized though and there was a LOT of cool stuff in there. All of the furniture in this store is very high quality and definitely worth the prices.

Example: this solid wood dresser was very heavy duty and very sturdy. It was priced at around $600 but I'd pay that price in a heartbeat for a piece of furniture that is seriously well made and built to last for multiple generations.

Wow, amazing showroom of gently used furnishings and decor. Everyone so friendly and talented designers. Placed some furniture there and expected to sell quickly. Owner Jill very accommodating. So much variety you’re sure to find the perfect piece!

Best consignment store on the Greenway-Hayden Loop. They have the best and most interesting selection, the friendliest staff by far, and their prices are reasonable compared to the other two stores on the loop. I always enjoy visiting their store!

Stop in every so often just to check it out. We love that the pick things that are unique. Just got 3 stools for our counter bar and we love them.

Really nice stuff but I think it's a bit over priced for items I can get down the street for 1/2 the price.

We just moved to Phoenix and were in desperate need of decent furniture. We visited several thrift stores, but when we entered Lost and Found.that was it! Sharon went out of her way to insure we found the "best of the best" and we did! She made arrangements for delivery w/Nelson.my goodness he was beyond great, punctual and treated our items like they were treasures! We LOVE Lost and Found and recommend it to anyone who is seeking high end quality at lower prices.

I have bought and sold many things in this fabulous store. Even my picky designer has been impressed with my purchases.
