The Luxe Lounge, Maricopa AZ

As of today the Luxe Lounge still appears to be closed. Everything else within the Ak-Chin Circle appears to be open. Dined at the bowling alley today and the food was average with the drinks tasting like the tabs haven't been changed in a while. The service is definitely different than what it used to be. Their covid guidelines seemed a bit shakey, they do have a thermometer/infrared at the door, they have signs with "no mask/no service, and signs that say to be 6 feet apart. The only thing was is that they don't have anyone making sure any of that is taking place. They ask to leave the bowling balls in place only to have an employee put them back without sanitizing them. It took a good while for someone to clean the booth next us. Definitely different, but we will see how things go.

Party bus pick up & drop off is a NIGHTMARE at this place! You'll be better off asking a friend for a ride if you don't want to drive. Bus driver ignored text for hours & then left numerous individuals STRANDED who rode the bus to the NY's Eve event claiming the bus "broke down" after the event ended. This seemed like complete nonsense considering the bus was fully functional during pick up. To add insult to injury, the bus driver's smirk back when asked about the mechanics didn't help in showing ANY genuine empathy for all the folks stranded outside in the cold. Try finding an Uber after 2am in Maricopa! Very disappointing & shameful experience!

Drinks are good, food is terrible, seems like the servers like to gossip about their customers and think it's funny to handle food with Strep.

I used to go to Luxe weekly until a waitress became very rude over a bill. She made me look like the bad person because I was out on date night with my husband and friends.

The bad part was she wasn't serving our table.

I gave cash and card as a form of payment. She was defending the server who was her sister and decided to interrupt and asked if it was cash first I said yes. Her response was "next time say that. I let her know it was a rude response and unprofessional. I was then kicked out

I will never return thanks to her.

This place has always been high on our list to visit.
BUT TONIGHT IS OVER THE MOON! I FEEL DISRESPECTED AND MY KIDDO IS UPSET AT THE EXPERIENCE STARTED BY THE HR MANAGER TONIGHT.
I had numerous people approach me regarding our service animal. The HR MANAGER spread her inaccurate information to the entire area of the bar.
SHE LIED AND SAID HIS VEST DOES NOT SAY SERVICE DOG. YES IT DOES!
SHE THREATENED TO KICK US OUT. NOT EVER TO MY FACE JUST SPREADING LIES TO OTHER CUSTOMERS AND TO THE STAFF!
She could have handled this professionally and I would have even produced legal documents to prove our seizure alert dog's status.
BUT NO! SHE CALLS SECURITY! I AM SO DISAPPOINTED IN THIS PERSON!
READY TO FILE AN ADA COMPLAINT IN THE MORNING!
I EXPECT AN APOLOGY! ALTHOUGH THAT WON'T ERASE THE LIES OR UPSET TO SO MANY PEOPLE THAT WERE DRUG INTO HER UNPLEASANT BEHAVIOR.

Love the Luxe, good happy hour! Friendly servers. FREE UFC pay-per-view I come to the Luxe for all the big fights-never a cover charge! Also just had a networking event in the private room-a nice space.

I purchased 8 tickets for the male review show. Thought we'd be able to use the shuttle service to get there and back from Mesa (it's about a 45 min. Drive) They never returned any of my multiple phone calls and emails to even book the FREE SHUTTLE SERVICE THEY SUPPOSEDLY OFFER. The show wasn't anything like they portrayed it was going to be either. Don't waste your hard earned money on this. You'll be disappointed.
