If I could give less than one Star I would. Do not give your hard earned money to this place. Mold, rotting wood.etc. Don't do it.

Thia place had seen its better days.but wait they are.have been renovating this place and its starting to look good. Its also close to restaurants, the mall, and eateries. Check it out!

Where do I start, I’ve been living at this complex for 3 years through multiple front office changes. Early January 2018 when my lease was up I went into the office and spoke to the office manager at the time “who stated they where not renewing leases due to upcoming remodels and rate changes once they are done. She then stated “since you are month to month you need to pay an extra $100 dollars a month” so I agreed. So after many months of paying my rent month to month a new office manager started and my rent amount drop back down to what I was originally paying and I noticed credit on my online portal a large amount. After addressing this with new office manager why decrease I was told I was paying an increased amount by previous manager she stated” there where issues with the other manager stealing and descepecies with rents” after further discussions with her and seeing the credits I assumed they credited me back the fraudulent monies went missing from previous manager. Just to find out when I logged back in they where all gone and showed I owe a tone of fees and back rent. I’ve addressed many time and have gotten no response not even a letter from Valley income properties that someone was stealing and committing fraud in their front office. The new manager admitted there’s doings of the old manager and I clearly showed in my history and it’s being ignored. I will obtaining a lawyer for damages and also filing a bbb complaint as I do not think Valley Income Property is going to fix this. I was in unit #19 and never once had any issues in all the years I’ve lived there up until that woman was working in office and stole rent every month.

I lived at the Mariner Apartments over 6 years ago. When I lived there things were great. If I ever go back to AZ I would consider living there again. It was safe. Maintenance was awesome as well as the rental office management.

Fairly pretty on the outside, in a beautiful and exclusive part of Tempe known as The Lakes. Very close to Marcos DeNiza High School. Price is very high, as is everything in this neighborhood, and there's nothing notable about the architecture or amenities. If you want to be in this neighborhood, by the lake, them this might be the place for you.

I enjoy living @ the Mariner Apts. It's quiet and clean. About two years ago we got a new mgr name Jandy and a leasing assistant name Nasha. Jandy has cleaned up the property since shes been here. Both ladies are professional and always respond to work orders that I have needed to place. Everything gets fixed in a timely manner. I would recommend this property to others. I am a happy resident.

I have lived at the mariner for 2 months now and love it. The management team lead by Jandy is great. Jandy was very helpful with the move in process and went the extra mile and help with closing my prior lease. The units are a little older but well maintained and very good sized for the price. I'm very happy here and no plans of moving in the future.

The apartments could use some work definitely the parking lot should be repaved immediately! The best thing is the area/location is very nice the corner you can walk to the store very quiet also never any noise at these apartments
