The Martin Brower Company/McDonald's Distribution Center reviews
12DRIVERS DO NOT ##### I MEAN DO NOT get a load here you'll be stuck no food water nothing I've been here since 10am it is currently 3: 55pm and they have no idea when they'll get to me if you want to waste your time book a load here to deliver or ship I urge yall DO NOT
Monica in the receiving office is great she explains everything that will happen next
My appointment happened when they are in shift change was told it will be awhile even tho we don't like to hear that at least it was communicated so I appreciate that much
If you get a door located at their east gate right by the railroad tracks, it can be a little tricky, backing into a dock especially door 27 lol anyway there is parking on the street, park and walk to check in, off buchanon Street just before the cauldesac.over night permitted on street only
Can only check in 30 minutes before your appointment time
Will share some pics
Hope this helps Be safe drivers
Do not drive to the back. Park on side then walk to the receiving office. If you drive up, you'll have to drive the whole block again to park.
Check in ISN'T until 0600. Will unload outside of those hours if Appt was set prior to arrival. There are no outside appts without approval before arriving.
Beautiful receptionist, I must add, so it kind of brightens your day depending on how you were feeling. Lmao.

Ever since they changed their policy to 30 min prior to delivery for check in they have gone down hill, making drivers sit in a door for over 2 hours before they even get around to unloading is ridiculous. I get that they want their employees to get their hours but costing the drivers time and money is not the way to do it. Rethink your policies MB, or start paying detention time.
The most ineffective/inept place to deliver so far been waiting on door since 7am it is 2pm using my trailer as a storage, hole to never come here again, still waiting on them unloading me for the 2nd shift til 7pm just pathetic, it doesn’t even deserve a star
If you can find parking on the street good luck. This will be my last time delivering here. Believe me no place close to park to check in. Park around the cor er or down the road.walk in 110 degree heat to the office. Avoid at all cost they are not driver friendly
I have to agree with all of the drivers this place is a damn joke you get here about a hour before your appointment time and you say it and you say it and you say it right now in the door I checked in at 2 o’clock. My appointment time was at 3 o’clock and I’m still sitting out here on the street waiting to be called in and been up since 3 AM this morning. I’m going to avoid this place I’m never coming back here again.
Unhelpful, they will not pick up the phone and cannot answer basic questions. They hold trucks for way longer then they should and cannot give ETA updates or keep appointments.
Arrived 2: 15 for a 3: 15 appt time. Got put in a door right away, that was the only positive. Tons of junk piled in front of the fence cutting severely on space to back in. Took until past 8 to even start unloading, out by 9: 45. If they'd scheduled the appt for when they'd actually be ready to unload, it'd be perfectly fine, but why keep me sitting for 6 hours.
I checked iin 1 hour early and went straight to a door. You need to park in the street then walk to check in. Dry goods delivery.
Place is a joke. Arrived at 03: 00 for a 06: 00 appointment. It is a drop and hook, will not sign your papers until appoint time apparently making drivers sit in the street is priority here. Also priority around here on nights is for employees to sit in the parking lot. I can’t understand why making drivers sit does any good. The trailer is full of fuel, I’ve delivered here many times and last time I got here 28 hours early and they made me sit in the street with a drop and hook for that entire time. Last point I have is every trailer I get from here the reefer is almost empty so obviously they aren’t unloading them quickly either. If loads to here didn’t pay well and the pickup wasn’t so close to home I’d avoid this place. I don’t like leaving bad reviews but when something doesn’t make sense I have no choice. Let drop and hook drivers drop and get back to work not idling in the AZ heat! Well with the time they made me sit here I thought I’d make a little video for all to see. How close quarters this place is to maybe help discourage drivers from coming here any longer. Maybe respect the guys that keep you in business a little better.
