We have used this team three times now. Two purchases and a refinance. Before them, we used two other companies for home purchases. Mike’s team has been, by FAR, the most helpful. They take the time to explain things in a way no other lender has in the past. They have great communication and knowledge! Everyone on their team was incredibly helpful, patient with our questions, and worked very quickly. They are veteran friendly. When they corporate office couldn’t honor their veteran waiver of certain fees (because we were doing conventional and not VA), Mike’s office stepped up and offset some of it by offering a discount that they could in their office. They also take the time to remember your circumstances, jobs, kids, etc. It’s what working with a small business feels like, personal.
