Called to speak with someone about my mortgage and was connected to a telemarketer trying to sell me a medical device.this is a terrible thing to do to your customers.do better!

Horrible website and features, about 20 years behind the times, made for people who are afraid of technology. The only way to contact them is by calling an 866 number, which stops operating after 9 PM EST (so west coast people are SOL). Verification of my cell phone has failed multiple times (the code I get from TMS on my cell fails verification). I can't enable two factor authentication without adding a phone, so I wonder what will happen if I need support. Cannot start recurring payments without talking to someone on that 866 number (which closes after 9 PM EST.). No secure messaging. The site is built for mobile devices and looks just silly on a desktop. The list goes on and on and on.

I hope their customer service (before 9 AM EST) is better than their website.

Terrible website whatever they did to change it you can’t even log in to pay mortgage. NOTHING works properly.

This is the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. Their customer service is terrible and they do not help their clients. I have been in a battle with them over documents since NOVEMBER 2022 and they still refuse to help me. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Frances, the person I spoke with, was very polite, helpful, and knowledgeable. I have given him five stars for that. I give your voicemail recordings a zero. I am tired of having my time wasted by listening to recordings that I am not interested in. When I tell your phone robot that I want to speak to a human, I don't want to go through a maze of more recordings and more options. I want to be routed to somebody the first time I say it or press the option for a representative.

I have been trying to get assistance since Oct 2022 and they always tell me I can’t talk to a supervisor who they said is the only one who can assist me. I always get told, we will have a sup call you on 24-48 hours. It hasn’t happened still. I keep calling and no one can assist me. The worst service ever.

Ms Heather was very polite and kindly. She was extremely helpful in getting all of my important transferred. Thank you so very much for not telling me I would have to go to the website to transfer all my information

My biggest gripe is getting someone on the phone.calling in for help is ridiculous.too many pre-recorded messages that you have to get through first and then getting anyone to answer is a miracle.we finally for things resolved but there is room for a lot of improvement.

The agent, and I apologize for not getting her name, that answered my call was a distinct pleasure to deal with. She was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. My problem was quickly solved and the documentation emailed to me in short order. TMS is indeed fortunate to have an agent of her quality.

I'm working with Kristi to get my PMI removed and had some hiccups. However, she has done a wonderful job of walking me through every step in the process and is seeing to it that my application is being processed quickly. Thanks for the great support!

My husband I have had a horrible experience with this company. We put in for an assumption. It's been a year and no action or movement has been taken. A year! We have emailed and call once a week every week. Every time we call no one knows what's going on and it's a different person each time Someone please help us. Please.

I just needed to get a fairly simple question answered by calling TMS customer care center. At the time I called, there was no wait, and the person I talked to was friendly, efficient, and helpful.

TMS is the best mortgage company I have ever dealt with. Their customer service people are wonderful and go out of their way to help answer all the questions you might have about your mortgage. I will be a customer for life. Thank you TMS
