The Nautical Beachfront Resort, Lake Havasu City AZ

Nice lady at the front however, terrible service in this facility! I was not able to check in for both of my rooms at 3: 30 pm I was told I can use the facility so I took my boys to the water slide, since I only had a key and no room number I was bit able to use the facility and made me pay! After parting $2,300 for 2 rooms for 3 days not being able to use the facility! Wow I’m beyond speechless The place looks decent, the river access is nice however if the service is not up to par. I will never return to spend my money in this facility!

Pretty great place to hang even on the big weekends. They could use a few more bar tenders when they are packed but it's an all around good time.

Very well maintained. We went on one of the busy weekends Memorial Day weekend. And even so it was still well maintained. My kids loved the pool. They have a restaurant on the resort. Nice rooms overlooking the river. We had a blast.

Love the bar & pool. Charging $30 per person to go to the bar & use the pool is outrageous! Please change that. We know several out of towners that have visited & love this place but when they heard $30 per person they said they'll go elsewhere. This is the only reason I rated you 1 star

Unfortunately I can’t leave a good review. My boyfriend, his brother spent over $5000 to stay there over Memorial Day weekend and the following week as well. Until now, we’ve had nothing but an incredible experience. We are quiet, respectful people and we keep to ourselves. We have a 9 month old puppy (the sweetest thing) who has been staying with us the whole time. He has never once been an issue and everyone has loved him (hotel staff included). This evening my boyfriend and his brother were sitting out on the beach with the puppy swimming and playing fetch when a security guard came up to them and decided to tell them the puppy needed to be on a leash (he was one of MANY dogs off leash and he did not speak to any other dog owners). He then asked my boyfriend to show him his identification because he thought he was trespassing - at which point he looked up his information with the front desk and it was confirmed they were guests. At some point during the conversation, my boyfriend (over 6.5 ft tall) stood up because the security guard was standing close to him and he wanted to back up (covid). The security guard then called the police on them and stated he was threatened and they needed to be removed. They asked the other guests on the beach and they all agreed he had not been threatened. The women at the front desk were NO help at all. The police showed up and asked them to leave the resort. I’m not sure what provoked this security guard to target my boyfriend and his brother, but it’s pretty despicable that out of all the off leash dog owners on the beach that he chose to target them and a sweet, 15lb puppy. If dogs are supposed to be on a leash, this needs to be enforced for everyone. We had been at the resort for a week now and never once been told he needed to be on a leash. This was an incredibly dramatic, unnecessary situation where two European men were profiled and we will NOT be coming back here. Thanks to your terrible, little man syndrome security guard, you’ve lost what would have been otherwise lifelong guests at your resort. He should be fired immediately. Truly despicable.

Love the location and the amenities but the rooms are really old and need update asap
With the price they charge a night i would expect a nice room and not motel feeling room.

Do not stay here. There was trash everywhere. The little beach was covered in broken glass and cigarette butts. There was even trash in the swimming pool. There were tons of discarded cups and bottles and food all around the pool. The pigeons were having a buffet. The restaurant on the property was so bad even the chicken nuggets were not edible. The fish taco was a single fish stick with black beans from a can wrapped in a tortilla reminiscent of the tortillas that come in an MRE. This was the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel.

Rooms are dated. Too many loud, drunk neighbors. Walls are super thin, you could hear room nextdoor open refrigerator. If you have someone above, you can hear every footstep. Way overpriced, and should be ashamed of using the word resort in name.

Great resort on Lake Havasu. This is our 1st time here. Beautiful outdoor pool overlooking the water. Nice rooms. In door dining and bar. Many snowbirds come here each winter. We will be joining them.

My husband and I only stayed one night. The staff were very friendly and the property is gorgeous. Our room overlooked the beach and had an amazing view. We were able to watch the sunset from the balcony. We took a 40 min walk around the premises, it was so peaceful and beautiful! Nobody else in sight. We didn't eat at the restaurant, but we did drink. Drinks were good, but expensive. It was cold so didn't get to use the pool. The rooms were not much count and seemed very old, but you really shouldn't be spending much time in your room anyway. Overall, you are paying for the property grounds and view. So if you want a deluxe nice room, go elsewhere.

Clean, spacious room overlooking lake. We stayed on the 3rd floor and had a great view. Mattress was firm which suits me.

This resort is amazing, so relaxing, so clean, friendly employees, bar at the pool, lake right infront of your roon is just beyond perfection.we had a blast thank you

Really enjoyed this resort. The staff was friendly and eager to help. Felt very clean, which is great during the pandemic and staff took mask wearing seriously. The location and beaches are great and the heated pool was beautiful and welcoming. Staying there in a Friday was nice and peaceful, but you can tell in the weekends this place gets really busy and could be a ton of fun. Only downside is that it feels dated. Some drawers won't stay closed and some chairs are need of repair in the rooms.

Note that all rooms are pet friendly so if you have serious allergies be aware.

All good, room, nice pool, friendly people except 2 things: 1. The older lady at the front is so nice but i hope they pay her good cause its only her! And 2. My bed was not a king, it was small and hurt my back, its a queen

This was a great find. It was clean, well updated, close to London Bridge. The pool area was great and rooms were right on a beach. Very friendly front desk staff. We will definitely be back.

On its best day a 3 start facility as the property is dated. Clean room. Shower curtain didn't reach to the base of the shower which made a pool of water on the floor when you step out and I'm not too thrilled about cleaning during my vacation. The sink faucet leaked as well. If you can fall asleep anywhere then the springs in the mattress wouldn't bother you. The infinity pool view is beautiful but a group of guest was loud which ruined the peace and relaxation I was hoping for. I don't think there's a better spot on the lake so for the price for one night I'd say go for it. The staff are incredibly welcoming and friendly.

The pool isnt heated to the temperature it should be. That is the only reason that I am eating the Nautical 4 stars. Otherwise it's a very nice place. They are pet friendly and have really nice staff. Be sure to tip them while ur there!

Pros: location, spacious rooms, pet friendly, full sized fridge in larger room, heated pool

Cons: for a "resort", it seemed pretty small and outdated. It seems more like a motel than a resort. Basically it is a motel on the lake with great views.

Location is the BEST!
The inside the room is clean and it is spacious but it has an old microwave and a refrigerator.
It is not very desirable.
Definitely can use some care and upgrading considering how amazing its location is.
The pool is phenomenal.
The staff are friendly.
I really hope they step up their game! This is a GEM!
