The Nines at Kierland, Scottsdale AZ

Toured this property yesterday, the staff was so welcoming, and it’s right next to my golf course. Highly considering living here.

Jesse and mkaylea both are the assistant and general manager they will mislead you to try to catch you in a lease. I was told I could store my dirt bikes in my apartment because that is what I do for a living. I filled out all applications and paid all down payments and was told it was acceptable and they had it writing. The day of move in which is also my birthday they ghosted my calls till 1130am and finally picked up and told me that I can’t store my bikes anymore. All of my items are in boxes I signed up for aps swgas and cox also I have already rented a uhaul and now have to unpack everything. Do not trust anyone working for the Nines at Kierland. They will lie and wait till last minute to own up.

I am the Assistant Property Manager at The Nines and just want to provide a little insight into life at The Nines as of February 2023. We are a new team as of the beginning of the new year. Some may hear “new” and think less than or negatively but it has proven to be quite the opposite. We are all young, energetic, dedicated and eager to improve the property, community and life of our residents. I feel blessed to work with Cuco, Brandon, Sam and Jessie; we hold each other accountable and pick up the ball for each other if it’s gets dropped somewhere. Absolutely beautiful property. I took a tour with Mckaylee and she was nothing but excellent. She answered all my questions and followed up with a detailed email. I would highly recommended speaking with Mckaylee about your lease endeavors.

Been here for 1.5 years and will update review once I move out. For now, the valet service is nonsense. We have to leave our trash out for a window of 2 hours, during which you must store your trash in an additional garbage bag. Fee is mandatory and trash does not always get picked up. Get rid of it please.

Maintenance issues are always top priority and solved right away. The heat went out in our apartment. I called and Brendan, a maintenance employee, showed up to give us a space heater temporarily. He then came back and fixed the furnace.

This property is SO beautiful! I love the pool area and the clubhouse and the common spaces are so well kept! The BEST part about this place though, is the staff on hand! McKaylee and Jesse are really informative and their team is so great! Definitely what we hope our properties to also become!

This is our first time at The Nines. The amenities are great. We came for training and the gym equipment is great and super clean. Jessie provides us with fantastic customer service and went above and beyond when she offered me her umbrella so I could go for a walk in the rain. We will be back

Nice place to stay. Wonderful staff and maintenance crew. Had a problem with heat and they came over and fixed it promptly. Our maintenance man, Cuco Jaimo was very polite and efficient. The office staff did a great job fixing problems that were from the company I rented from, not them. Will try to stay here again on my next visit.

The team at the nines is amazing. They are always professional and courteous even when faced with pretty particular problems and tenants. The place is beautiful too!

FINALLY, after a year and half of the most unprofessional, uninterested, ineffective management teams, The Nines FINALLY has the PROFESSIONAL, DIGNIFIED, CARING, EEFFECTIVE staff it deserves! In just over one month, Marvi and her staff, Loreal, Arely and Michealie have created an entirely new dynamic here at the Nines. There is a "can do" "what do you need help with? " attitude that gets respect and results! The proof was in the outcome of the incredibly successful first community party held last weekend by this new staff! Old and new residents celebrated together the positive changes and optimism they now feel about the Nines and our new management!
My husband and I have lived in this complex for 12 years, through multiple owners and management teams. Marvi and her staff are exceptional.look for them if you are looking to rent here.

The Nines at Kierland is a beautiful complex right in the heart of wonderful restaurants, shopping and golf. Mckaylee was wonderful with all her help (and patience) getting the paperwork completed for the move. She returned calls very quickly and guided us through the process like a pro. Few months ago, I had no more intention to renew in February but having a new set of people in the office makes me feel comfortable to stay for another year. They are prompt and very helpful. Thank you ladies. Keep up the good work!

Update Folks, I still haven’t been able to get anything back from the management on this account, even though she asks me to call and email the office THEY do not respond back! The company says that they have sent a check however…! 2 months is unacceptable they have my number and better business bureau has been contacted Be warned, I am not sure most people are aware when moving from another state means some stress! But added stress doesn’t have to come with it we truly appreciate it when a company say that they are going to do something that the will! I did my due diligence when I applied for a unit here at the Nines at Kierland sent them every thing they needed to get the job done however it wasn’t enough! They couldn’t get me Screened or maybe I didn’t have enough income I didn’t know the reason so we canceled it they still have not sent back my deposits almost 2 months later this is not acceptable! When we hold people moneys for not getting something that you don’t qualify for or they can’t get done it is neglectful. Be warned stay somewhere else great Properties in Scottsdale

The Thanksgiving social was so much fun tonight. Incredibly friendly staff, tasty food, lively music and overall great atmosphere.

I absolutely love working here. My coworkers are the best and our residents are icing on the cake! There is nothing like waking up and actually enjoying what you do.
