Mandy, Mandy, Mandy…. She’s the best and I’m so glad to have met her! Jazmin and Val are amazing and have way better musical taste than Mandy! Everyone was top notch.

My experience here is always one of kindness and the joy of the staff is amazing.
Mandy and Jasmine were at the front desk when I was there and they are entirely refreshing. It is nice to see people who care about the customer service they provide. They made me feel welcome and just made my day.
Val is the best dental hygienist out there! She made me feel very comfortable after many years of fearing the dentist and did not have any judgement in her heart. I am very grateful to her for showing me that kindness. She is also very knowledgeable and you can trust her advice!

Everyone is SO NICE! From the front desk staff, to the techs and dentist, my husband and I are so happy to have found y’all! They feel like family! They were super sensitive and conservative around X-rays and my pregnancy, and addressed all our concerns in a timely and professional manner! Will definitely recommend!

I loved this dentist before they got all new staff! The staff now make it such a headache! Front office staff will tell you one then and then when you have an appointment they you a new story. I started doing Invisalign with the old staff and it was going wonderful. Now it’s all a headache for me. To get new sets you need to see the doctor now and to me it’s such a SCAM! Just because doctors change does not mean I need to be seen every time. I signed up for my Invisalign with old staff and signed documents back then. You should not need to pay a dr visit to get a new tray. Also, they have not been doing my insurance information correctly! So needless to say I’m not happy!

The overall experience with the staff was good but could be better if they can look into the following areas
1. The owner of clinic could show courtesy to the customers in waiting. It just helps we all know that

2. The oral hygienist did not check the gum pockets and when Dentist asked she gave some reasons which was not clear to me atleast as I don’t understand their technical terms

3. Their text messaging system does not work, it seems like one way communication. They leave a text message but when you respond they don’t reply ever.

4. They keep calling for reschedule pretty much on every appointment to check if you can come early etc. It’s not a negative thing but if you continuously do this, it certainly does not sit well with customers.

Attention to details with customers is needed to get to 5 / 5.

Very friendly staff. They have done an awesome job helping me to improve my overall health. They are always so helpful and accommodating. I would recommend everyone come here for any dental needs.

Update - I confirmed my address with the office at the beginning of the request. They are now advising they sent my refund to the wrong address and check was returned. Now are advising I can pick a check up on August 14th - another 10 day wait. They advised they have proof bank sent back check due to them getting my address wrong - really. Can’t just give me the check you sent to wrong address? I asked for confirmation of my address they have on file - no response to this request. Seems like a lot of work for this overcharge but it is the principle of this situation. If I did not notice or request the over payment - I wonder if they would’ve reached out to me. Hmmmm.
Beware of over charge. Been trying to get a refund for weeks now - still waiting. Check your insurance statements closely. Not impressed with any part of this dentist services. Offices are are dark and seems like everyone just started. I’ve been advised the auditor needs to review the overcharge - been done and nothing. I’ve been advised the CEO needs review - been done and nothing. All agree they overcharged but can not seem to get me my $160 Only going back to get my money!

I’m from Texas I was passing through visiting friends and family got a toothache and found Dr Kelsey and the staff and Mandy at the front desk was was amazing she helped me in every way highly recommended.

Extremely friendly staff! It was my first time at this location and I felt very welcome. The check-in/ paperwork process was easy. The front desk workers were eager to assist and the Dentist/ Assistant made my appointment feel stress free and relaxed. Highly recommend!
