My family and I have been very happy for 1 year and 7 months. Very nice and comfortable. And the best thing is that you don't have to go to a laundry, it's already included. I highly recommend it. We love

I have been in these apartments for a few years now and Richie is one of the greatest managers we've had. He works with you and he makes sure to get things done if the apartment that you're in needs to get something fixed! I highly recommend these apartments

I moved in January 16th of 2023. I love living here. I love the layouts of the apartments I live in a platinumTwo bedroom two bath. Richie is trying his hardest to handle stuff around the apartments. The grounds look clean. The pool looks inviting.

6/19/2023 UPDATE: It’s Monday and Richie can’t seem to answer the phone. SHOCKER! We just passed Father’s Day weekend with a green pool- OUR ONLY AMENITY we pay for looks like shrecks swamp water. We have broken parking lot lights that have been like this for over a month, That could cause serious injury. Talking with a neighbor, Turns out we don’t have a maintenance man either! Pathetic…. Allll these issues and the office manager trots around telling everyone he now lives on property, all while he literally can’t even answer the phone, Nor take care of the property.

11/3/22 UPDATE: Bianca the so called “office lady” STILL won’t answer the phone NOR follow up with broken appliances. THEY DONT FIX ANYTHING. Can you say GHETTO? Now owned by a NEW OWNER. We were notified by once again, Changing the requirements of HOW we pay rent, Keep in mind it’s costing extra just TO GET RENT PAID. I am in a Lease, The new company is charging extra. As for Jasmine Womack’s review, You give a place that has ROACHES 3 stars? Ew. Have a higher expectations.

This property does not value the tenants that reside here. Every month it’s a huge hassle to even pay rent. They keep changing what kind of payment they will accept, with that every month each method has hidden fees. They are essentially pushing us to have no other option than Auto-Pay. I could see using Auto pay if this was a luxury apartment, but we pay for a green pool, no gym or grills & unimaginable dirty property. See pics below for proof. We pay over $1500 a month for a neon green pool. (Dont forget the hidden fees to even pay your rent) I asked temp office manager as to why we don’t have a gym when there’s been a gym here for over 10 years, What WAS a gym is now turned into a dirty storage room. Bianca the new office manager is quite literally useless. She doesn’t answer numerous phone calls, nor emails I’ve sent.

I have lived in my apartment for almost 15years and after having many managers the one we have now is great! The ground are well kept and the pool is clean and refreshing! It has been a great place to live!

Apartment is disgusting.
The pool is green and maintenance never comes. When you call the office Richie never answers. I'm not happy with the quality of care that the Northern Apartments has with their tenants. You would think for how much it is that we would be provided with basic maintenance upkeep.

Manager Ritchie is excellent and very professional and helpful. Property is kept clean and maintenance is excellent as well.

Be very very careful before you apply here they make you pay the admin fee before accepting you then won’t give it back if you don’t move in. They called me the day after I applied and made it seem they were going to deny me so I went with a different complex. I asked for the Admin fee back since a apartment wasn’t going to be held for me anyways and they never called back or refunded me. So I paid $200 for them to call me and say they wouldn’t let me have an apartment unless I paid the rent plus cost of rent for the deposit and never get the admin fee back. Probably best I didn’t move somewhere that is just after you money probably means they don’t care for the tenants there I assume the bad reviews are true.

Friendly staff but unresponsive. Submitted a request for a scheduled tour on Tuesday over the weekend (they are closed Saturday and Sunday), and started receiving automated promotional emails immediately. Did not hear from staff on Monday or Tuesday, but received an automated email at 7pm on Monday inviting me to tour during their open house “today at 1pm! ” No dates listed, and I still hadn’t received a response, so I arrived at the office around 1: 30pm on Tuesday when I had originally hoped to take a tour. The office manager Richy seemed to immediately recognize me (my emailed request), and knew I was looking for a two bedroom. Explained that he didn’t have a single unit available to tour on the whole property until the next day. I explained that I have a busy work schedule and couldn’t fit anything in until the following week, but was very interested in seeing any unit (even if it wasn’t the layout I was looking to rent). He told me to email him with my availability for the following week, which I did within three hours of leaving the office. It has been over 48 hours and I have not heard anything from the management team. Disappointed, as the property appears to be well maintained and I love the floor plans offered. I’ve lived in dozens of apartments in my life and know that if I can’t get a response from management before I’ve even moved in, there’s no way I’d receive prompt assistance if there were issues during my lease.

Maintenance never comes even when you filed a work order OVER A WEEK AGO. Richy the new office manager of the month can’t even answer the phone & when he does, gives you a phony response. I can 100% tell you these “good reviews” are from the office manager begging people to give a good review when they come to check this place out. RUN. I can’t even fathom how shady this place has become.

Been waiting on a microwave for over a month cause the one we had was shorting out all of the electricity. The dryer doesn’t work at all and they don’t care to fix it. The hot tub has been open all of 2 months in the 18 months I’ve lived here. And there’s a roach problem. I would take your money somewhere else.

Wow NEW Management is great! Richy the new manager is awesome just what our community needed. Richy and his new maintenance man are professional and so friendly. It is so nice to have the office open finally. Thank you to owners for listening to reviews and getting us the new office people your tenants are HAPPY!

I walked into the leasing office in a Wednesday and was approved on Thursday, then I was able to move in that Friday! Richie made the process so easy and painless. He was in constant contact with me and answered all of my questions. The application process breeze and he made sure to get me in by my desired move in date. I’m all settled into my new place and absolutely in love with it. All in all it was a fantastic move in experience!

I recently went to check these apartments out due to the photos I assumed it was in that type of tip top shape but unfortunately the “renovated” units looked slapped together I personally don’t think their worth $1675 base rent for an 2x2 900 sq ft renovated unit & their classic looks like it’s from 1960s the first unit I walked too (it’s self guided tours) certain stairways were kinda dirty & had certain smells the unit itself had an dead roach already on the new oven & bathroom & the cabinetry & bathroom showers still looked outdated I don’t think putting stainless steel appliances inside of these units make them luxury the pool reviews are no longer valid the pool was indeed clean the leasing agent Bianca was patient & professional she answered all of my questions & worries these may work for someone else but they just weren’t what the photos presented which was an downfall for me I’d look elsewhere If you’d like to get your monies worth.
