The Northern Pines Restaurant, Flagstaff AZ

Very good food for a 2 star hotel. We were passing through and this was really fine. Very nice real American people.

Got the 5 alarm burger it was awesome, fries were perfectly crisp and the dishes my family got they loved too. They did have a mix up on the salads but the waitress Sydney apoligized and was very attentive, so it was much appreciated If I am passing through flagstaff again I would 100% stop here again!

Worst service I've ever had. The food was overcooked and dry. The male waiter has ego/attitude issues that need to be addressed immediately. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!

Stop over from Utah to flagstaff.stopped for breakfast before going home.meal was delicious for our party of 7.

Stopped in for breakfast it was the best food decision I’ve made in a while. Hands down my favorite breakfast now! We had the breakfast enchiladas and the lemon ricotta pancakes. Amazing! We ate every single bite. I’ve been having a lot of issues with my apatite lately as far as not liking things I used to and to find something that I clean my plate these days is rare. Try it! We’ll be back for lunch and or dinner soon!

Fine restaurant, but nothing really to write home about. Chicken was fine, the potato was good, they got slammed and had staffing issues and were a bit slow. Wife enjoyed her sandwich, and kids quesadillas were fine.

Amazing food & service! Zoey was the best waitress we have ever had. She is amazing! Super attentive, knew her stuff, and got everything we needed very quickly. She needs a raise!

Every time I’m in Flagstaff I try a new restaurant but after trying this place It’s a new favorite and I will only come here for food from now on for anything other than fast food. I tried the French toast which was great. I also had a club sandwich that was great. We brought a group of people with us and everyone raved about what they got and swore to come back as well! I highly recommend!

Great food that tasted like home cooking. Service was amazing. We had a very nice, attentive waitress.

Sat our party of 8 at two large ROUND tables. Lazy hostess. Plenty of tables are party could have sat together at. Restaurant had hardly anybody in it. Dumb.

My only negative here would be how loud the sound travels in the establishment. This was my first visit and definitely won’t be my last. I ordered chicken fried steak, eggs, hash browns and coffee. The coffee was brewed perfectly it was hot, dark and had a wonderful roasted flavor. The chicken fried steak was hot, seasoned just right, thick and juicy. The female servers were so kind, polite and attentive to me even though it was busy.

Really outstanding steak! 12oz ribeye delicious! Had two nights in a row because they sold out of the ribs. Coming back tomorrow for the ribs…hopefully.

Whenever we're in Flagstaff, we always make it a point to visit this restaurant at least once. The food is delicious, the service has always been phenomenal, and the cozy mountain café atmosphere makes you feel right at home. Our server for the most recent visit was Jewlee, and she was wonderful! I ordered the lumberjack breakfast and it was so delicious I forgot to take a picture before I ate it all! Definitely give this place a try!

Did NOT at all enjoy or appreciate the surprise surcharge tacked on to our bill along with the statement ". A 13%charge will be applied to your bill to help absorb the minimum wage increase in Flagstaff. "

I don't appreciate surprises and won't be patronizing this establishment again.

I LOVED this place. Me and a family member were traveling and stopped here for breakfast, they had great portions not shy with their food at all, reasonable prices, their staff is SO kind and friendly. And the restaurant itself has a very cozy atmosphere and is super clean. I love it and will definitely come back if we go to Flagstaff again.
