4 Not recommended to anyone who wants to live in a peaceful area. The building itself is very old and the vinyl floors squeak every time you take a step. The windows are so thin you can hear everything from outside. The
plumbing in the bathrooms is so bad they had to open up the wall to unclog the toilet in my bathroom and there is times no water comes out of the shower. Not only that, but most of the units in this building are becoming Airbnb’s and it is constantly noisy here. Lastly, there’a no pool and no leasing office on site. No washer and dryer in the units and the laundry room is always flooded from the washers in there. Not worth what they’re asking for. Do not lease here!
Location is beautiful and ideally placed but the quality of the room we rented through an Airbnb was not even worthy of a Section 8 voucher. The 2.5-foot wide puddle of water in the hallway leaking from damaged pipes in the utility room THROUGH the damaged swollen baseboards will have that room condemned to mold if it does not get repiped and the flood damage repaired ASAP. Could be so nice but it reeks of an out-of-state owner with no concern for the quality of the unit.
Super quiet neighborhood just a few blocks from Old Town. The manager Brandon is awesome and will help with whatever is needed
Awesome place to live I’ve been here 2years; and will not move. Secure and safe here. Wonderful management team, well kept community! And brandon the maintenance guy handles all requests very quickly without delay, he should get several raises!
