The Pain Center - Prescott

Dr. Park and his staff are all so cheerful, professional and value my time. They always ask and listen to my pain concerns and I’ve received amazing relief from back pain. The billing department always works with my insurance, which is a big plus. I would highly recommend Dr Park and his staff for your pain management.

If you are in need of a pain clinic I would highly recommend going to The Pain Center of Arizona. I have alot of back pain. Here is a place I come to for healing of my pain. The staff is great and the doctor has all the tools he needs to help you live with your pain. Try The Pain Center of Arizona. Do your Pain a favor.

The people are nice and the office manager Lisa gets things done. My lower back ablation has worked for about a year now. I hope I get the same neck relief.
My only complaint is they are very hard to get ahold of since it’s a big company throughout AZ it takes days to get reply’s or returned phone calls.

Original review date 4/18-There's a good reason why this business has more one star reviews. Uncaring, and unprofessional! In 2 months, they have completely ruined 25 years of pain management. I had to have my insurance company audit my account, and they were stunned! Writing 30 day prescriptions 31 and 32 days apart, destroyed previous prescription without notifying anyone, so messing up my insurance. The pharmacy said, "We won't take a script from a patient, why would we take a letter saying it was destroyed "?
Last visit, a party was going on in the back with the PA and a visiting doctor (potential ortho consult). I waited 1: 15 minutes in the exam room after a 50 mile drive (with Adhesive Arachnoiditis, comparable to stage 4 bone cancer painwise per FDA Chair). Finally, she came in, didn't even bother to sit, stating, "You're stable, I suppose you want a refill", and left to resume the party.
When I questioned how this would be repaired via the portal, she had the MA call to say I was no longer going to be seen. This is dangerous. The CDC recommends a 10% taper per month from pain medication. I will be addressing this issue with legislation. I have been working on a revision for next session.

9/1223 I am not surprised, I haven't heard from them. Time to start an investigation.

They got me in right away, Dr Park and his staff are excellent providers, I am a nurse who has worked in Pain clinics before and I know good and they are very good

The Pain Center in Prescott, Az. Has an outstanding staff and Dr. Jae Parks is amazing I highly recommend The Pain Center.

Pharmacy messed up my name so it was all out of whack! Dr stayed on it & made sense of the problem, explained it all to me. They kept working untill the issue was resolved. THANK YOU!

Greatest staff from beginning to end. Always polite and always smiling. They do a great job of giving great pain relief even without taking opiates.

I had multiple breaks to my femur and subsequent surgery. I needed enough pain medication (10 days) until my doctor’s appointment, with a knee problem. This horrible lady Ms Carbonniere not only denied me medication, but treated me with such disrespect, I was shocked. I DO NOT recommend this clinic. It’s hard enough just having to live with pain. Shame on her!

The people at the Prescott office are extremely nice and helpful! The patient portal rocks it as well!

They are a fair place. They treat my elderly mothers pain. The NP there is fair and listens to her patients. Thank you for doing the right thing for your patients.

The reception staff and the nurses where very uplifting and had a great attitude made for a great visit

Dr. Park is awesome. I have significant pain in my lower back and we're trying different procedures from the least invasive and then not as invasive. I trust him completely and he always says he has many options to get me either pain free or to reduce my pain level so I have quality living.
All of the staff are super nice, caring and treat me respectfully. They take you back quickly to the exam room and Dr. Park is quick as well.
I would highly recommend The Pain Center and Dr. Park, he's the best!

Been going here awhile now. I've been in pain management for well over a decade already, so I have experience with both good and bad. But here, at The Pain Center- I've had top notch care from professionals who genuinely care about me as both a patient and a person.

Very good pain doctors and very good staff, very professional and courteous and caring people. I recommend the Pain center for anyone who is suffering chronic back and or neck pain. I give them 5 stars! Doctor Park is a excellent, caring doctor who has helped me with my chronic neck, hip and back pain. Thank you pain center of Prescott!
