The Doctor that I have is awesome and I would recommend him to anyone who is dealing with chronic pain

They don't actually answer phones it's a call center. Want me to have surgery but I can't even get a refill for T3. Not even strong meds. I went in person before 6th.supposed to bridge til appt.nothing! So far place sucks. They just want you to do procedures so they get paid more from insurance.

If you have pain come here. They are thorough. They will diagnose your pain and help you.
Staff is absolutely amazing and the Dr is super knowledgeable

Very bad service very bad experience with customer service. They never call you back. I was waiting for one month to get my therapy location and I went to office to time the Pain Center, West Phoenix, 92nd and Thomas to ask her about my therapy what happened I dive 12 miles and she said the supervisor on the front desk she say they will call you after waiting for three week and I win again week after to cancel everything with this company and I was leaving and paying since my first day September 13. I was there until the last day. November 6 every day I have so much pain and I keep ask him. Just tell your doctor to give me any medicine because I cannot go to the work to. I call off almost 2 days off my pain and they all never answer the phone and every time I try to call him they leave me a message. I just wanna let everybody do not try this place and wasting time

Dr Jones and his team are good people and getting the procedures have helped a ton. They do everything they can to make you comfortable.

Everyone in the pain center or friendly helpful they explain everything if you have any questions they're answered in full before they proceed with anything and like I said friendly easy to talk to if you have any questions they'll go above and beyond to make sure that they have the answers that you need before you proceed or before you leave couldn't find a better pain center or doctors thank you all so much.

The Pain Center of Arizona on 9250 W Thomas Rd (across from Banner Estrella Medical) is the worst healthcare establishment. I was referred by my PCP over a month ago to get treatment for my sciatica/back/knee pain. I was never consulted or seen by a physician but ONLY by a nurse practitioner who explained to me something I already knew. Jennifer, nurse practitioner ordered an MRI and X-ray of my back. Since I am a healthcare worker myself, she wanted a letter (on Company’s letterhead) from my Supervisor acknowledging any pain medications they will prescribe me for my pain. I believe this is an example of HIPPA violation. My employer does not need to know. They have spoken directly to my Supervisor, yet still denied me any relief for my pain. Please, DO NOT consider this Pain Center location. They told me that patients sees a medical doctor ONLY for procedures and not office visits and/or consultations. I don’t need your OPOID prescription. I want your compassion.

Saw Dr Ramon Jones. Terrible terrible! The entire management team is terrible. Their only interest is selling you expensive $20,000 dollar devices and expensive intervention procedures.its like a car dealership! Buy Today! If you do not go for their sales pitch they are not interested in you, your pain, or any lower cost treatments for you. You have been warned! Notice on the reviews how they do not respond to the negative experiences.they just don't care!

Great staff, very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed going to this location as it has a great friendly atmosphere and Dr Jones is great as well funny and friendly.

Every time I’ve been seen either by dr Jones is his pa Jenene or Jennifer, I’ve been very pleased! Whether an office visit or injections at the surgical center, I’ve never had to wait a long time. Everyone is very pleasant the facility is very clean and sterile! I recommend it highly! Thank you!

I've been going to the pain center for a couple years now and the experience just keeps getting better. From the minute you walk in the door until you leave I encounter nothing but friendly, welcoming, helpful, and yet professional staff.

I cannot thank Dr. Ramoun Jones, Dr. Jennifer Okidegbe, and the staff at The Pain Center enough for helping me with my back pain. I am a single mother of three kids and there were times that I was unable to walk. I am feeling better now and am able to walk without pain. Jennifer is very thorough, explains the procedures and tests in good detail. She is pleasant, polite and personable and makes you feel at ease.

Dr. Jones and his staff really care about me and my issues. They make me very comfortable and I feel like they really care about me getting better. They do all they can to alleviate my pain. I'm very happy with Dr Jones. I feel like family. I mean that! I would also like to add that Dr Jones comes out of procedure room and makes his notes and visits his patients after their procedure when his time permits and gives us further advice and guidance on our procedure. Very personable. Thank you for TPC and Dr Jones and staff.

I'm happy to have such great doctors here, but office visits are a time suck. I get here 15 minutes before my scheduled time like they ask, and then wait for an hour to be seen. This is typical for this office.

Office is so awesome and friendly! Dr. Park was kind and compassionate. He took his time to listen to my problems and I am feeling great after my injection!

The personnel at the Tucson Pain Center on the southwest side of Tucson have been professional, very attentive and always willing to answer questions.
Mr. Donald Hair PA does an excellent job in answering questions and explaining procedures which helps very much. I feel at ease when going to the TPC every month.
Dr. Swick and his assistants do a wonderful job during my procedures. It feels as if it only takes a minutes to complete my procedure and I feel a lot better afterwards.
Thank you to the whole staff at the TPC at the Tucson location. You Rock!
